I had a good experience having their buffet lunch. Tbh, I had low expectations, but their food and service were good.

Coming to the buffet, though they claim it as Mediterranean cuisine, but most of the items were as common as you find anywhere and Main course and Starters items constitute mainly Andhra items only. So that was a bit turn-off.

Now coming to the options and quality of food and service, options were a lot for a person for each section of buffet. Most of the items in the starter section were good- Chkn. Tangdi, Prawns, BBQ Chilli and Sweet Wings, Fish charmoula, Chicken tikka. A Mutton starter was also there but it was not up to the mark.

Main course was also below as you would expect in many reputed buffets also. Coastal crab curry too disappointed as it hardly has any meat inside. The rest of the items in main course was just okay.

Desserts section was really good as all the items especially pastries were really enjoyable.

The biggest highlight of this buffet was their live counters where they have Sushis, Dim sums, Mongolian items. For the price they charge for a buffet and still providing these items is kind of rare. Although, after tasting them, you will be left with little less than desired yet you shouldn't normally expect these special items to be as good a quality you find in a-la carte orders.

Now coming to their service part, we didn't need to face any issues in this outlet. The waiters were very much attentive to our requirements and were quick to act as and when required.

They do separately charge 5% service tax, which is optional, I assume. Anyways, this should not be the case as many buffet chains like them don't levy such taxes even after serving to the best possible. For this I deduct 1 star from their service part. Also, one should include a Welcome drink in the buffet to keep up the reputable names in this segment.

Even the drinks (Virgin mojito and Fresh Lime soda) that we ordered separately were not that good. So they need to improve on that part a lot as not many drinks options were present. Only few soft drinks and mocktail were available in the...

Please please never visit this place. Dont waste your money. I have taken lot of time to write this review as i dont want others to waste their money like me. Pathetic experience. The worst buffet i have ever visited. Mainly the service is very bad.Generally we go to buffet for starters but they don't serve them also. I have asked them for non veg starters like 10 to 15 times but still i am not severed. And they never come back to re serve the starters again which will never happen in any of the buffet restaurants. Pizza, pasta, chat and kulcha counter all these items will be prepared by only one person. When i asked them how one person will prepare everything they have openly mentioned that we don’t have enough staff.

As only one person need to prepare everything the taste of pasta, pizza is disgusting.

Main course is also not upto the mark.Refill of the main course items is also very slow.

Frankly saying I have seen reviews and read that service is bad, but thought like may be its their misconception. But finally it is proved that going there after seeing my reviews is my bad. I have visited madhapur flechazo three times and my experience was wonderful everytime. The service was like the staff was after us to taste the items.I have expected the same here, but it is completely opposite here we need to be after them for starters to serve.
