First you have to take a token for the items you want to eat or take a parcel. Then all are self service. I asked for a Masala Dosa. He said OK. Then I paid the amount and took a token and went to the self service counter. At the counter the fellow told Masala exhausted. Still he told they are preparing masala it would take 10 minutes. Patato already boiled off. They will make masala. I understand that it is not 10minutes. Minimum 30minutes. It was already 11AM. Then I asked the person to cancel the token and refund the amount. Then the token fellow asked the service fellow on status. Till that time he had given another token for Dosa to another person. After 20 minutes I asked him to give me Dosa with masala, add only onion. At 11:40am I got my breakfast Dosa without masala. The quality of that Dosa was very bad.

The outlet looks revamped. I just purchased two Masala Dosas and found the items delicious. There is a demand from my family members to bring idlis and masala dosas from this place. Hygiene and taste are what matter the most to customers. Good to see this outlet maintaining both. I just upgraded my rating for the good performance.

Tea was horrible in this outlet. I ordered Irani chai, but it was so awful that I could not have more than two sips. First they gave me tea in a broken cup and I asked them to replace the cup. The cup was replaced, but when I consumed it, I realized that I came to the wrong place. It was a loss of time and money, as I had to go to a nearby shop to have tea. I was happy to see the varieties of tea written in front of the shop, but I was dismayed and disappointed to get such low...
