Craving Turned Disaster at Subway Disappointing Experience – Poor Taste and Service Subway Let Us Down Badly with untrained staff.

We visited Subway with a lot of craving and excitement but left extremely disappointed. Ordered a sub with garlic roasted bread and aloo patty, but it tasted no better than a plain bun or basic vada pav. It lacked flavor and freshness. When we raised our concern, we were told the staff member preparing it had joined just two days back.

To make things worse, he didn’t even know the names of the sauces or what ingredients to use. He kept whispering to another staff member who was already busy with another order. We had doubts but still took the sub — it barely had one spoon of sauce, which ruined the overall taste even more.

It’s frustrating that someone with no proper training is allowed to prepare food.It completely spoiled our mood and cravings. Our money was wasted, and we left with a poor experience. Subway needs to seriously work on staff training and food...

This Subway is located in chandanagar. We (my wife & two kids) visited here to grab some Sub's. Firstly the place is too small, the AC where not working and only one cooler were kept which obviously not sufficient. There were used plates and glasses all over the tables, which looks little mess. I was little surprised to see Subway in this condition. Due to the hot weather and suffocating environment we did not order much and left the place unsatisfied and hungry. Overall the experience were not at all good. It might possible we will never visit this Subway...

I have a compulsory meal at Subway daily to get my fibre intake conveniently and speak with 3 months of continuous daily experience with Subway. I am really glad that subways exist everywhere due to the customisable salads which have been a staple for me. However, the franchises are going through major management issues wherein they are not even supplied with bowls, spoons and forks.
