Galaxy Cafe and Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am a regular customer at Galaxy Cafe and Restaurant, where I usually enjoy a cup of tea with 3 Osmania biscuits every day. However, my last visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual – a full tea with 3 Osmania biscuits – but was shocked by the quality. After taking a bite, I noticed the biscuit was soft and stale, almost like bread. When I tried to break it, it crumbled into powdery pieces instead of the crisp, fresh texture it usually has.

I brought this up to the counter staff, expecting them to care about the quality, but instead, the boy at the billing counter dismissed my complaint, insisting it was "the same as every day." As a regular customer, I know exactly how the biscuits are supposed to taste – fresh, crispy, and warm. I was served old, stale biscuits, and the staff’s attitude made the experience even worse.

I will never visit Galaxy Cafe and Restaurant again or any place like it. It’s a shame to see cafes that prioritize customer satisfaction at first, only to ignore quality as they become more popular. The lack of attention to their products and the dismissive attitude towards loyal customers is unacceptable. Very disappointed with Galaxy Cafe and Restaurant. As a result, I will personally rate this restaurant 1 star every day by making different IDs. They don't clean the tables properly, you can see the food dropped stains all over the table. We were able to see them even in the night time in that low light.

We were able to feel the stickiness all over the table all the time. When I requested them to change the cloth with a new or rather clean one. They have removed it but didn't replace them. They serve water bottle without asking but will not provide glasses to drink it, they will serve ordered food in our plates but will not provide spoon and forks. Unless you have to search the entire table and when not found you have to literally beg them to provide them so that you can eat the food.

Visited this place recently for a quick tea break. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a decent spot to relax or catch up with friends over a cup of tea. Staff was polite and service was fairly quick.

However, the price-to-quality ratio doesn't quite match up. The tea was average in taste, and at this price point, you would expect either a richer flavor or some unique offering.
