Worst Grill Chicken Experience

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but today I genuinely felt cheated and hurt by the quality of food I received

I ordered a grill chicken parcel from Grill 9, Secunderabad after seeing many positive reviews in the HFC food group. I had high expectations. But what I received was shocking.

The chicken was not grilled at all. It was completely black, burnt and dry.

They didn’t even take it from the grill – it looked like they took some old, cold chicken from the kitchen, cut it into pieces, and just reheated it in the oven before packing

There was no taste, no freshness, and definitely not what you expect when you order grill chicken

I have eaten grill chicken from many places, but this is honestly the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Felt like wasting money and health together

I trusted the online reviews and went with high hopes, but left with deep disappointment and frustration. Please maintain minimum standards if you want to call it a restaurant.

I request others to be cautious before trusting such overhyped reviews. My experience was completely opposite and honestly left a bad taste – not just in the mouth, but in the heart too

My recent dining experience at Grill 9 Restaurant left me with mixed feelings, particularly when it came to their biryani offerings. The Mutton Biryani at Grill 9 lived up to its recommendation. The flavors were rich, and the mutton was tender, creating a satisfying and authentic biryani experience. If you're a fan of mutton biryani, this dish is definitely a highlight worth trying. On the other hand, the Chicken Biryani failed to impress as much. While the taste was acceptable, it didn't quite match the flavorful heights of the Mutton Biryani. It felt like a standard chicken biryani, leaving me underwhelmed. One significant downside of my experience at Grill 9 was the quantity of biryani provided for the price. Despite the good taste, the portion sizes felt inadequate for the prices charged. This made the overall value for money less than satisfactory and left me questioning whether the meal was worth the investment.The overall hype surrounding Grill 9, in my opinion, was not entirely justified. The dining experience, while decent, didn't live up to the heightened expectations. The restaurant could benefit from addressing the quantity-to-price ratio to enhance the overall customer...

Visited this place again after so long with family.

This used to be my go to place once upon a time but been here again after so long.

Have been here for dine in, they are making changes in the seating area, one side of the restaurant was ready which was modified very well with modern interiors. The other side is yet to be done.

We have ordered for grill chicken, veg Manchuria, pattar ka Ghosh, zinger shawarma, mutton double ghosh biryani.

The service is a bit slow as it was only 2 service staff for the whole big area, so do not expect staff to be near you every time you have to search for them.

The order arrived in no time to our table in less than 10 mins, which was a surprise for us.

Veg Manchuria was hot on the outside but not properly cooked and was cold on the inside.

Grill chicken was so tender and properly cooked.

Pattar ka gosh was nicely cooked with tender meat and nice cumin flavour.

Zinger shawarma was not up to the mark as the inside filling seemed not to be fresh and it was hard, but ate this crispy shawarma after long time so liked it.

Mutton double gosh biryani was good, worth the price you pay for.
