Conçu Marredpally — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am one of the most frequent customer's of this Concu. In the last 6-7 months I have visited atleast 5 times in a month and based on my past experiences I am giving this review and I hope the owner takes it seriously. Pros: Amazing food, tea and cakes That's it. No other pro that I can think of as of today as some of the pros have actually shaped up into cons and I hope the people who own the place takes them seriously.

Cons: The place used to be a calm and premium place. Now it's getting similar to a cafe near railway stations and I am not kidding. Today, I had the worst experience where two tables were just shouting their hearts out and no one did anything The place welcomes kids to come sit in their balcony seating area, smoke and go. They don't place any order btw. Just come smoke and go. Mind you- kids. And they shout and no one does anything again causing huge inconvenience to the ones who are paying and coming to spend some good quality time The team needs to know who is a frequent customer and it's important to take constructive feedback especially from the frequent ones because they speak about the restaurant, spread the word and place repeat orders. Today you would have almost lost one. I gave a feedback saying that it's super noisy today and would have been great if something could be done in the coming days to handle such tables. But the team/cashier mentioned that other families are also there and they are not facing a problem and we can't do anything. The tone wasn't right unfortunately. I did notice that they were also facing concerns but couldn't say. But again I understood that today the place wasn't for me and left. But the team could have taken a simple feedback. Even the servers were seeing that two tables were shouting. But I guessed the cashier judged me by the amount of my bill which was Rs.200 and that didn't qualify for a feedback may be.

From a solid 5 star, this place is going down and losing its charm. Leave me but just randomly letting teenages and kids come to just smoke and go like a pan Dabba is not what I expect at Concu. I visit the jb hills and khajaguda ones as well but never seen this. Hope...

Dear Concu Management, I am writing to you today as a loyal and regular patron of your establishment. I was disappointed to learn of the recent decision to remove the designated smoking zone. The smoking area is a valued space for many of us who frequent Concu. After a long day of work, it provides a peaceful and relaxing environment where we can unwind. My group and I, along with many others, have always made a point to be considerate of others and have never received a complaint. I understand that this decision may have been prompted by the disruptive behavior of a particular group. In fact, I have personally expressed my concerns about this group's conduct to the manager. However, it seems unfair to penalize all customers who use this area respectfully. I would like to propose that a more targeted solution be considered. Rather than removing a space that is cherished by many, perhaps management could directly address the specific individuals whose behavior was the issue. A direct conversation or a clear warning to that group would be a more equitable approach. Concu is a favorite place for many of us, and the smoking zone is a significant part of its appeal. If you love to spend some peaceful time with your family and enjoy, please take that extra pain and travel to Sainikpuri as Concu Marredpally is not the right place. I convinced my wife and took her there last night with kids to indulge in some good desserts as Concu is known for the best and encountered utter chaos and disappointment. The place was too loud, we felt that an Irani cafe where people have some common sense of not shouting at the top of their voices than Concu, we literally got a headache and left without ordering...
