I feel it's an worst experience. Actually when I visited i have asked for items with out curd. But they have given item with curd. Also with hot kachori they have given very cold curd which is not comfortable to eat. Seems the staff behaviour or management needs to change their behaviour with customer. Even their manager response is not good to customer. Such a good restaurant with bad staff leaves bad experience to customer.
Yesterday I have visited this store again for kaju katli 3kgs in order to parcel to London. When I see expiry date it's like expiry by Dec 4th 2024. So I was not able to take it and asked Nallagandla branch manager. He is the worst of the worst, after explaining my issue and asked for fresh stock as I need to send it to London. He is trying to convince me to take it, i clearly said him that it will going to expire when it's reached and no point of use to us and again he asked me to take it.
If haldiram used to keep this type of management, even though quality is good, degrading the customer and manager is not genuine and not answering the customer questions properly makes no sense.
Even though after my first complaint (2months back) thought of taking action and people gets changed. But I feel if the haldarims is not changing/training the people properly it goes mouth publicity people will not goes to...

I visited this place with my family and got a parking fine of 1000 Rs even though I parked my car as directed by their own security guard. They have only two parking spots in front of the store others have to park sideways by adjusting here and there. I couldn’t understand how they get permission to run with just two parking spots but they have Seating capacity of around 30-40 people. many businesses in this area don’t have their own parking but somehow they got permission. Better come to this place via public transport or by taxi. When I talked to manager he said he will try but no use. He also mention that haldirams owners can’t do anything. I’m not sure How is it justified they want our money from sales and don’t provide proper parking space. Atleast they have to warn customers that we may get a parking fine and also tell their security guards also...
Read moreI had paneer Butter masala and lachha paratha combo. Paneer Butter masala was ok in taste. The quantity and quality of paneer cubes could have been better. Lachha paratha was good.
Edit 1: This time we had one of their North indian thali. Thali was just ok but we found a hair in my wife's thali, in rice. We requested to refund the money for the thali but they denied and told that they are sorry and can replace rice. Very bad response. Also, I clearly mentioned that in one of the thali we want plain lachha paratha but they brought butter luchha paratha. They replaced it but I had to wait for quite some time. Also, there sweet chhena was not good.
Edit 2: Visited again after a long time, ordered Chola bhatoora. It was just ok for me. Nothing special, chola curry was not that thick and side aloo was just like samosa aloo, mashed. I had much better Chola bhatoor...
