Haldiram's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This branch of Haldiram is located on the ground floor of the DSL Virtue Mall. It is not a big outlet but of an average site. Coming to the food we can rate them as follows Dahi Vada ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dahi Puri ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cold coffee ⭐⭐ Things which they can improve on is service training the staff on service. We ordered Classic cold coffee along with Dahi Vada and Dahi Puri, after you pay at the counter they will ask you to give the order slip at the kitchen counter and post that you take the wooden number stand to be placed on the table and someone will serve you but the person didn't serve the Classic cold coffee, when I asked at the Kitchen counter they said you have to collect it from the billing counter. These things spoil the dining experience, it would be nice if they train their staff at the billing counter to give the coffee when billing is done and then hand over the bill to be given at the kitchen counter or they can train the serving staff to deliver all the items in the bill as this will improve the...

I recently visited you branch in uppal and wanted to share my experience. While I appreciate the quality of your food, I faced a few challenges during my visit:

Language Barrier: None of the staff were able to communicate effectively in Telugu or English. This made it difficult to place an order and clarify menu details. It would be helpful if staff members were trained in basic conversational Telugu and English to assist a diverse range of customers. Delayed Food Service: The food service was noticeably late, which impacted the overall dining experience. Prompt service is crucial, especially during peak hours, to ensure customer satisfaction. We had been to this outlet, situated inside the DSL Mall on a morning of the weekend.

Great ambiance, Lighting and seating.

They offer Combo meals or Roti / Curry as separate as well. They also offer Curry / Rice as well like Dal Fry Meals / Rajma Chawal etc.

The taste is decent.

On the flip side, they offer all these in disposable (unlike in certain other outlets in North, where they use cutleries). Even they don't serve water along with the food (it has to be purchased..). But if you ask for it, they offer you in disposable glass.

The price is also very high, for obvious reasons as it's located inside a mall

Net-net, looking at the way they serve, i might think twice before entering there, but by looking at the ambience and want to spend quality time with your loved ones, then...
