Hari Dosa — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Worst experience. Worst staff at shaikpet branch. As it was Sunday we thought of having pleasure ful breakfast. So we visited the shaikpet Hari dosa branch, near falcon valley colony. We thought of having upstairs in family section as the ground floor was full. Upstairs it was so dirty and unhygienic. It seems it was not cleaned for several months. Then the staff who was having breakfast upstairs informed there is no service upstairs. So we went down and ordered for a parcel. We were standing near the counter for nearly 40 mns, but no one brother to pack the parcel and give us. The staff are so lazy. Especially the bald head serving young guy. He was laughing when we were getting out of patience. Please take care of this branch, as the food is good, but the hygiene and hospitality is very bad. Hope this will be taken...

Good place for late night Dosa. I guess it's open 24/7. Went for a quick Dosa at 4 am and it was crowded. Ordered Karam Dosa. It was tasty except for being dry and too crispy. It was like a taco. Ordered another one and told the master it shouldn't be so dry. He made Ghee Karam Dosa. It was obviously juicier than normal karam dosa but again it was crisp like a taco. They should lower the flame of their stove. Perhaps people love it for the crispiness but I don't think dosa should be so crisp.
