Sauce on the House — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Worst experience! Chose this place to meet with a friend after 15 years thinking that kids can play and we can have good food and chat. We were the only customers sitting there, still the service was very poor. They did not even provide us water bottle. We asked for a glass for kids to drink water, they did not have a single glass in restaurant not even disposable one. We ordered paneer sandwich which took so long and was very dry and tasteless. Upon ordering kids meal. We got kinderjoy and frooti worth rs. 10. Along with a tasteless burger which my kids did not eat after one bite. Why would anybody go to a restaurant with kids to feed them kinderjoy n frooti. It could have been any good snacks with no spice with choice of any good shake/ smoothie or small cake/dessert. They had very few options most of the items were not available. My friend asked him for icecream but without brownie. They insisted that It comes with brownie only, looks like they purchase it from somewhere and serve as it is. They server lemonade in disposable lid glass, which could have been provided when we needed an empty glass for kid. The persons taking orders were like so irresponsible, lethargic and casual. It was a big embarrassing moment for me to host my friend...

Good place for family with kids as there is free playing area with ball pit, slides and trampoline. Seating is comfortable and spacious. All the plates, spoon and glass are disposable type, so no chance of poor hygiene. 👍 Food quality and taste is OK, bit expensive for the quality and quantity. Dynamite chicken was creamy and good. King prawns smelled bad, I think it was not fresh at all. French fries and brownie icecream are delicious. Sheek kebab was burnt and black powder was coming in fingers. Kids menu nuggets should be made less spicy. They haven't started making milk shake and broasted chicken yet. Service is very slow. Owner and 1 boy alone are handling all the customers. Overall, its a nice place for kids outing, and we can expect some improvement as the restaurant is very new still. Sufficient parking space in basement. I had an incredible dining. the moment we walked in, it was evident that they put a lot of thought into creating a family-friendly atmosphere. The play area for kids was absolutely awesome!

My little ones had a blast, and it allowed my partner and me to enjoy a peaceful meal. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and accommodating, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend "sauce on the house" to families looking for a great meal with a fantastic play area for the kids. It's a win-win for everyone! We'll definitely be returning for another visit soon.
