Worst experience ever on any KFC outlet. Anyway food test will be same more or less on every outlet it’s staff and cleanliness, and that was bad in condition. Washrooms was not clean and horrible is that they don’t have water in washing area and no one from staff bother to stick a message of No Water. After taking the hand wash in hand ask them for water then they will provide you a glass of water. At counter not a single responsible person was there, it seems no one worries about the customers. A person is waiting for more than 30mins for food, I have waited 10 mins to put order even no another person there, A person waited 25mins to give his order. Most of the time no one at counter to handle customers, every time you need to call them to take order. Tables was not clean and what not. I don’t recommend this outlet to anyone. It has been my 5th or 6th instance of my online order and I am facing the same pathetic service from Shaikpet branch of KFC , every time I order it goes to this branch and even though my house is just 10 mins from the branch these people took 2 hours to deliver my order and another pathetic thing is that no one picks the phone and it keeps ringing and we have to wait for hrs to get connected to the branch person , if the branch can’t handle online orders please close the outlet and I request you not to give this type of worst and pathetic service and i seriously don’t even want to recommend your store after undergoing this type of Service numerous times , I inform to everyone if you want to order online at this branch better forget your order or go and have it at the restaurant, I seriously don’t want people to undergo this type of service and restaurant people don’t understand these things as they don’t care for...
