Hotel Armaan — Restaurant in Hyderabad

On my way towards Gulzar House, I stumbled upon a modest restaurant tucked away on the left side of the road. Parking is a bit tricky here, with limited space for two-wheelers and none for cars. However, what this place lacks in parking, it more than makes up for in its culinary offerings.

The ambiance is typical of a budget-friendly eatery, with okay-ish cleanliness. Despite this, I've found myself returning multiple times, drawn by the promise of their delicious grilled chicken and hot tandoori roti. Each visit reaffirms my love for these dishes.

The grilled chicken here is a true delight, cooked to perfection and seasoned with just the right blend of masala. It’s served with a delightful mayonnaise dip and a tangy tomato chutney that’s simply irresistible. The dish also comes with sliced cabbage and coriander, seasoned with red chili powder, adding an extra layer of flavor. The tomato chutney, in particular, pairs wonderfully with the grilled chicken, making each bite a burst of deliciousness.

Service at this restaurant is decent, though it's worth noting that the grilled chicken is only available from 6:30 PM and typically sells out by 10:30 PM. So, it's best to arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Armaan is the place where I have had the best food ever. No where else have I tasted the kind of food that's served by Armaan. That's the reason I say Hyderabad is the best place for foodies. I'm not from Hyderabad, however, I used to ensure that I travel (for work) to Hyderabad during the month of Ramadan just so that I can visit this place.

I recently visited Hotel Armaan at Charminar, with my family. The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, with a traditional modern design. We found the service to be excellent. The staff was polite and friendly. We had great experience here.
