Rumaan Hotel — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Had the worst experience at this Hotel Rumaan. The manager suggested a dish of grilled chicken and Mutton bhuna ,so we too agreed as per his review and suggestions. When the grilled chicken came it was uncooked from inside a very bad smell was there and we couldn't even eat a single bite the other dish was awesome . When we complained about it they denied eight away and behaved in a rude manner with us , even ladies were there. We did not argue and paid the full amount .

Today i went for takeaway and a man in striped black and white shirt was in kitchen and was packing food. He was most arrogant person on earth. I Hope rumaan management takes care of such behavior. I request the management to please look after this guy. Other people did apologize on behalf of him but that guy felt proud on what he did. Worst person in one of the best hotel.
