I don’t know where to start!

A few weeks ago, we went there without knowing about the reservation system, and were given a very very worst welcome. After making us wait for 10 minutes, they finally made us sit in a small room kinda thing with a couple of chairs and a table. WE LEFT! We felt insulting.

Today, I took the chance, made a reservation and reached there by 1:45. We ordered Chilli Cheese Fries at 1:50. We kept waiting, waiting and waiting! Half an hour passed and the manager couldn’t do anything when asked what happened!

He came to us and asked “what was your order again? I couldn’t find any in the system” ! After 10 more minutes, he told us that the fries fell down and they’re making it again ! Lol! Meanwhile, we called one of the waiters and asked him to take an order for a pizza, he pointed at some direction and told us someone would come and take the order. Another 15 minutes passed, no one came to get the order!

After 50 minutes of waiting, we finally got the order and that was the portion of fries we got! That is the exact same amount you would get in a small meal at McDonald’s and they cost 60₹!

Also, there is a No Smoking sign clearly written in huge letters and some dumb idiots who were either blind or ignorant, started smoking. When asked the manager to tell them not to, he told me that he would inform them, and to no use! After waiting for 5 minutes, I myself had to tell the fellow customer not to smoke as it’s a No Smoking zone, and guess what he said? “I don’t understand. They provided ashtrays on the table, so why not?”!

After finally receiving the fries, we asked for bill and when the person came to collect the money, when asked why it’s taking forever to serve one simple portion of fries, he tells us “Staff is less”!

So, after paying 210₹ + Tax, waiting for 50 minutes, and having to inhale cigarette smoke, we get this kind of service and quantity and quality of the food!

You, Mr. Sameer, are NOT FIT to be a manager! This is a fact! First, learn how to behave with the customers. Attend training classes on how to manage people, and staff, and then go be a manager!

Meanwhile, to the owners of the place, either increase your staff, teach them how to balance the people, or run the cafe at half the capacity!
