Sounds & Spirits - Best Night Club — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Worst,zero rating,we went at 9pm,the waiter didn't fetch us seats,somehow we got a table for 2 after complaining,we ordered 3 starters and 2 drinks, cocktail was less than mediocre,2 starters out of 3 we got in first 20 min the portion was just fist size,but the taste was ok not that great,the waiter didn't bother to give us plates,we had food off the tray itself,the place started swarming tremendously at a point around 10pm,there was huge crowd,don't know if those many can be permitted but there was literally no place to stand, around 20 people brushed of my shoulder as I was sitting in my seat,my purse fell of the chair twice,as there ppl had no place to move,freely,there is no seperate smoking or non smoking area, it became suffocating at 10pm,and kids started dancing and some creeps started taking videos of girls on the dance floor,many look like college kids,with such hundreds of crowd in small place hope the fire safety is good,inspite of repeated asking the waiter fella didn't give us our starter till 10:35,so we asked for cheque cancelling the starter,what place will not serve you a normal starter in 1 hour 35 minutes,even for billing the fella took 10 minutes,while leaving we had to physically push these kids gently to make our way out , I'm writing this review after reaching home ,i cooked some tiffin for me and husband,had it and writing review at 11:38pm i have been to many pubs in road no 36,45,and road 1 Jubilee hills but this is by far the worst one Couples or family who want to have some good music,drinks and food skip this place to return home disappointed,...

This has to be the WORST of places for several reasons. I strongly recommend people to AVOID this place.

Claims music (for dancing) starts at 8:30 but doesn't start even post 10. They have other music playing in the background which isn't great and is more of a noise and less of pleasure.

Waiters are unnecessarily rude and for some reason have an attitude. Don't respond to questions or request appropriately and don't create a welcoming environment at all. Which makes them un-approachable.

FORCE people to pay service charge despite it being ILLEGAL. They say they've mentioned it on their menu (which they do in very small font and which is usually ignored). However, they still don't have the right to levy service charge. Service charge is completely a customer's choice and is given ONLY when they feel the service is worth it.

Waiter added item which we didn't even order. When mentioned the same, says one of us ordered it and that he won't take it back. Got angry and left saying so you won't pay for this. Got his manager and when we conveyed the same, the manager asked to remove the item which we hadn't ordered. When he came around with the bill, started talking rudely again saying you guys ordered this item and goes on to say that he doesn't want to discuss it anymore when he himself started it again.

When asked for the bill, they didn't bring it for more than 20-30 mins. He had to keep asking them multiple times...

I recently visited Sounds & Spirits - The Night Club in Madhapur, Hyderabad, and the first thing that caught my attention was the entrance – it’s completely covered with mirrors, making it a great spot to click loads of pictures before heading inside.

The club itself is quite spacious, with the drinks counter set right in the center, surrounded by flashing disco lights that add to the party vibe. Entry charges are ₹1000 for men (redeemable on food or drinks), while entry for women is free, which is a plus.

The Bollywood night we went for started pretty late, around 10:30 pm, and I personally felt it could have kicked off earlier, maybe around 7 or 7:30 pm. The music was extremely loud, to the point that my ears felt numb when I stepped out.
