First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize to the management of Hyderabad Express Hotel. Today, when I visited your hotel to dine, I initially felt there was a delay of a few minutes in taking my order, and I decided to leave. However, a member of your management team approached me very politely, welcomed me back, and ensured I was served with great courtesy.

In reality, there was no real delay — I was already feeling quite upset due to a personal matter, and because of that, even a few minutes felt unusually long to me. I now realize that the issue was not with your service at all.

I have been a loyal customer of Hyderabad Express Hotel since 2016, back when only takeaway service was available. Over the years, I've seen your growth — from takeaway to dine-in, and now, Mashallah, a spacious and well-managed seating area. In all these years, I have never had a single complaint about your food or your service. Your food has always been of excellent quality and full of flavor.

Even today, after the meal, when I went to pay the bill, your management humbly said "sorry" for the delay — and at that moment, I truly felt guilty.

Once again, I apologize for my reaction earlier. Thank you for your continued hospitality and for maintaining such high standards. May you continue to grow...

Loved the place to be honest, Prices are minimal, portion sizes and taste is impeccable. Staff is super friendly and extremely courteous. Excellent hygiene is maintained in the entire premises. They also have this point based rewards system which let's you accumulate points everytime you order here. These points can be redeemed on a flat discount on the next order. However this offer isn't applicable on weekends though. Ordered Spring Rolls in starters, Chicken Manchuria with Tandoori and Rumali Rotis and Prawn Chilli Garlic Noodles in the main course. Needless to say, it was fabulous. Chicken was tender, Rotis hot and fresh and the Noodles cooked to perfection. Totally satisfied with the taste, quantity and preparation time . I’m very disappointed with your service this is the second time in a row that I’ve faced such poor experience.

First visit: I had come with my friend and ordered Tandoori Mandi, but the waiter served us only Tandoori Chicken. Later, he informed us that the Mandi was finished. We then ordered Dal Tadka and Jeera Rice, but again received Dal Fry and Fried Rice.

Today: I ordered Dal Tadka once again, but was given Dal Fry. When I raised the complaint, your staff refused to listen and didn’t cooperate at all.

I’ve even sent the photos on WhatsApp, yet there has been no response from your side.

This kind of service is unacceptable. I’m truly disappointed and will not be visiting again, nor will I recommend your restaurant to my family or friends.
