Sahan Arabi — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I've been a loyal customer at Sahan Arabi for years, enjoying their delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.

It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior from a staff member named Sarfaraz. Despite his claims to be the owner, his rude and arrogant demeanor is unacceptable. Over the past few days, I've witnessed him yelling at customers, including myself, for no apparent reason.

In a recent incident, I simply inquired about the availability of soft drinks, only to be met with false information and unnecessary aggression from Sarfaraz. He falsely claimed the restaurant was out of stock, only for another staff member (Narsingh) to contradict him and provide the requested drink. When I questioned Sarfaraz about his behavior, he responded with more yelling and hostility.

I just felt like punching him in the face but that would just create a scene and might cause damage to the restaurant property.

As a longtime patron who used to visit almost daily and spend a significant amount, it's disheartening to feel unwelcome and mistreated. Unfortunately, due to Sarfaraz's behavior, I can no longer support this establishment. Management needs to address these issues promptly to ensure a more respectful and enjoyable experience for...

Burgers are the best. I've tried almost all the restaurants/cloud kitchens nearby Tolichowki, which includes famous outlets serving good(or best in crowd's opinion) such as Sounds Cheesy, Felfelah, Mr faddy, Ice magic and would say that if you're looking for an affordable yet filling and tasty burger, this is the right place. I did not personally liked their Shawarmas which is why a star less, however, the burgers are on point.

Their new addition of crispy chicken burger was the show stopper. They add a cheese slice to every burger regardless of you paying extra for cheese which most of the other restaurants do. I believe cheese is a part of burger and not an option for which I should be paying...

Sahan Arabi is this new place serving Arabic cuisine located on the 7 Tombs Road towards Tolichowki.

They have a vast selection of Shawarmas, Salads, Dips, Sides and Drinks. I visited this place last night and since the month of Ramadan is going on they have a limited menu. However I wasn't disappointed with the prices, nor the taste. I ordered a Tikka Roll and a large order of Fries. Taste was fine, quantity was substantially more compared to the neighboring outlets. Owner is a great guy who was all smiles and very welcoming. Couldn't snap the pictures of my food as the order was a takeaway.
