Firstly I took a full and a single during Ramzan days and taste was too good, so I taught to dinein today date 22 April 2024 at 10 pm, when we are looking for chicken biryani full in the menu we didn't found full plate and instead we found special chicken biryani which serves chicken 65 and egg with it and price were 350/-, before the plates serve on the table the order came wating and then plates, raith and salan came after the food even placed one water bottle aswell but that didn't came even after completion of food and coming to the taste it was not upto the mark as it was dired biryani no oil and quantity of the chicken size were medium(but in take away(parcel)during first time they gave good portion of chicken) but in dinein they gave very small portion size of chicken piece, which is not good for the price and quantity and also very less as I tought, if I spend 220 rupees the same portion we'll get it in barwarchi without gst and cgst, and if we go for special in bawrachi 3 people can easily can sufficient, and most importantly one flies which flying around our order and after serving it the flies flys around us as we eat, so where is the higine, and the moment I asked waiter he said sorry and same when I asked manager who seems to be taking the order he said the main door was open so it might have come in and with his anwers I don't know what to say, they suppose to pay attention on flies, insects and they have to come up with some anti flies or pest control cage because they are not charging 35 rupees they are charging 350 plus gst and cgst so finally I paid 400 with gst and cgst, after that when i repeatedly asked about water then they gave me the water bottle which is suppose to come when the food serve on plate or before the food serves, I sincerely like to say please don't go as the food quantity and quality is bad and bad service and unhygienic as flies flying like in a local restaurant.

If management think am not a member just writing a negative review just open your cctv camera on today I,e 22 April 2024 time 9.45 to 10.30 pm between am wearing a ash colour jacket and my friend with a gym back do see the camera...

As we gracefully stepped into the opulent confines of the hotel, we were immediately captivated by the enchanting ambience that enveloped us. With great anticipation, we proceeded to place our order, selecting the delectable Zafarni Chicken Biryani as our main course, accompanied by the tantalizing Chilli Chicken Starter. Additionally, we indulged in the exquisite Saudi Champagne, a special libation that exuded an air of regality.

The moment we took our first sip of the refreshing juice, akin to a welcoming elixir, we were enthralled by its harmonious fusion of flavors, expertly blended with succulent fruits. The taste was nothing short of exceptional, perfectly complementing the scrumptious starters and the flavorful biryani.

Furthermore, I must commend the impeccable service we received throughout our dining experience. The staff's attentiveness and professionalism were truly commendable, ensuring that our every need was met with utmost care...

Well well well, one of the pathetic places to spend your hard earned money, we been there last night (30-4-24) to have a good meal with the family post so many Instagram reels of how well the place is doing and boy we were utterly disappointed.

Finally we decided to order Pepper Chicken and Mutton Biryani (SpL).

To start, they served us pepper Fish, when asked they ran off with the plate to Kitchen, No apologies or a hint of sorry for the customer.

After some wait, pepper chicken was served which was fried to Onion Pakora consistency (hard) instead of juicy inside.

We requested the server to serve biryani, which again after struggle was brought and our Woes didn't end there, it was served cold, when confronted the server went back and brought back a bit warm.

Coming to taste, rice was under cooked and no pieces of mutton though you pay 429+ taxes.

Overall never going back and not...
