Hotel Grand Himayat — Hotel in Hyderabad

This hotel is such a scam please don’t book online it looks old and poor hospitality . 1)The staff in reception I guess gets commission for people coming to them directly so they always look down on customers who book through online . 2) toilets are Roach infested so Becareful keep your bags closed or you’ll be sending the infestation to your home . 3) Online booking it says breakfast included then when you actually go to the restaurant they rejected saying it wasn’t in the booking ,extremely RUDE. 4)Their so called king size beds aren’t king size they are Queen size or smaller so please don’t fall for it they have a male and a female receptionist both of them are not helpful and say the same lies . 5) somehow they have good reviews that’s why I went but please don’t fall for it book in some other hotel .for 3.4k no breakfast nor king size bed only free cockroach infestation.also lol they charge for the dental kit which is free in all...

I chose this hotel, since, this is centrally located to tourist spots in Hyderabad. However, we were not satisfied with the overall maintenance of the hotel/rooms, though, the staff were helpful. Listing down the reasons,

The Suite Room's toilet was not clean and hence we requested a change in room and they immediately obliged.

The second suite room that we checked in had stains in bed sheets and we requested a change of sheets. The replacement again had stains which was quiet annoying. Third replacement was good and we preferred to retain this for the entire three days stay fearing further disappointment.

Hot water required wasting 5-6 buckets as I guess they have centralised solar heater.

Breakfast buffet spread was not good and very limited. We preferred to dine out at nearby...

My experience here was pathetic, this is neither 3 star nor grand. Its a low quality OYO room. When started AC it made huge noise. Shower was broken, completely damaged and unusable. Hygiene wise not good. Bucket provided was completely unhygienic.

I booked stay for 2 days after all this i asked them to change room they denied. The i said atleast change my booking to 1 day as there are issues with this room, they denied. They said as you booked through OYO app this is what you get.

Apart from down side there are some good things of this hotel. Location is very good its in prime lication from where everything is nearby, you have good restaurants nearby for food. Room is big and spacious.

Hotel Management if Maintains the hotel it can be really good however i don’t see...
