OYO Hotel Sudarshan Near Snow World — Hotel in Hyderabad

Greetings of the day Sudarshan Hotel

I always choose to check in at sudarshan the reason behind it's a budget friendly hotel with low amenities

This morning I had a bad incident with the hotel management staff specifically his name he told me that Mr. Reddy ( who always wears a 🧢cap) is very irresponsible with a customer We paid 1300+(200 advance) while checkin, He played a smart game while exiting the hotel He checked the room before we left

He asked me to pay 300 and I will give me back 500 in hand so I paid 300 cash then he not given 500

There are extra charges for using a mattress (very shocking)

We enjoyed the services below

No TV connection Bad bed sheets No hot water

However he didn't care about customer service he wants only money

I had only one suggestion for you

Ask Mr. Reddy ( who speaks butter english 😃) choose any other job for money he will not Sutable for service type platforms

Please Acknowledge me the Extra Rs. 500

The staff's are co-operative but the ambiance is not that impressive.Its a budget hotel.Try ur luck for hot water in the mornings or u have to eat the room boy's brains off for him to delivery hot water in a broken bucket in ur room. Beware after cleaning the room as the floor is soapy and slippery always.If u are planning to check in do remember to get a pair of indoor chappal's.The tap of the wash basin is continuously leaking and never ever leave outside the room without locking the window panes as ur room will be visited by rats and rodents.The top floor of the building istaken over by bachelor mens so u'll be entertained by noise all night long to add on with the traffic of the touching road...

Went to hyderabad for the first time and selected this hotel to stay.Me with my friends stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days.The hotel rooms were equipped with a Tv for the entertainment,nice modern furniture for the comfort of visitors and clean amenities for a fresh experience.The staff was courteous and friendly.Their polite behaviour is really the highlighting point for this hotel.The bathrooms and toilets were clean.The rooms were properly ventilated.A very comfortable stay and worth appreciating hospitality of the...
