Karachi Bakery — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Used to be a good place to eat but in recent times though they have not increased the price they definitely have adopted following dubious means to cheat customers:

Food portions size has reduced drastically. Used more maida, floor etc in items to make them look big This one is most important, pls do be careful of it. When you order items to go you have to pay upfront at a counter where you are given two copies of receipts. When to go to pickup counter you have to handover one copy of receipt after which they pack the item and put all of them in one single bag. The bag is locked with plastic zip so that you cannot see if all the items are packed inside or not. Now when you go out you have to hand over the second and last copy of receipt at exit door to the guard. Now you do not have any receipt copy and if in case (as it happened to me twice) there are items missing from the packed bag you cannot do anything.

My advice to them is pls do increase the price if you want but pls do not used cheating as a method of increasing...

I have ordered cake for my son’s birthday, by seeing your catalogue in your Karachi Computer. I have selected batman and superman mixed cake, but the image was entirely different when the final picture came on the cake. As I was in hurry and was not able to raise issue over there. I think Karachi has lost his reputation the moment they have increased their branches and started concentrating on money. I will never suggest anyone to take cakes from Nizampet branch. I think you are spoiling your brand name not delivering your promises. You have completely disappointed me.
