I am an ardent admirer of the exquisite Mefhil restaurant, primarily due to their delectable biryani and the exceptional quality of their ingredients. On my recent visit, I indulged in a delightful feast, ordering a variety of dishes including chicken biryani, chicken 65, chicken Manchuria, tandoori chicken, and chicken biryani once again.

Allow me to begin by praising the Chicken Haleem, which undoubtedly reigns as my ultimate favorite. The meat is flawlessly cooked, infused with a harmonious blend of spices, and the portion size is truly impressive. The tantalizing combination of succulent, melt-in-your-mouth filling and the crispy outer crust creates an explosion of flavors that leaves an indelible mark on the palate.

However, I must confess that the taste of the Chicken 65 and chicken Manchuria did not meet my lofty expectations. Regrettably, they were marred by an excessive use of food coloring, which detracted from their overall appeal.

On a brighter note, the chicken tandoori proved to be a delightful surprise. Its impeccable blend of spices and fiery kick left a lasting impression, satisfying my craving for a bold and flavorful dish.

Sadly, I must express my disappointment with the chicken biryani. Highly crowded place. Difficult to get a parking place. Plan a trip either with Metro or in Two wheeler, else Difficult to find a place.

Food quality - I will give 4 star 🌟. I am surprised how Mehfil is able to provide and maintain such a nice quality of food over the years. To add to this, the biryani is probably the most affordable tasty Biryani in Hyderabad.

Party- It's good to throw a party here as the food is tasty, lot of varieties are there and also highly affordable. One thing to remember that it's difficult to get a seat for a group in the weekends or Friday evenings. Be mentally prepared for a 30 minute waiting in AC floor. In the weekdays such problem doesn't exist.

Kid Friendliness- Highly crowded and noisy , hence not a suitable place for small kids. They may start crying 😢 in such scenario. Less food options for them as well.

Items to recommend- Mutton Special Dum Biryani is the most authentic one and i think this is just next to RTCX road bawarchi & Pista House. I would rank this among top 5 Mutton Biryani of Hyderabad.

No artificial colors and flavors in the Biryani and now flooded with Kewa water. The rice is very soft , Mutton is so tender and with optimum level of spice.

Tangling Kabab is one of their good starter. Tandoori & Tikkas have normal taste , nothing so special about this.

In sweet very limited options, I tried double ka meetha & Gulab Jamun but nothing was up to the mark.

Connectivity- Very good connectivity by public transport.Both Metro and Bus service as situated exactly on the Nizampet Cross road.
