Very Disappointed – Not What You Expect from a “Fast” Food Place

I had a really frustrating experience at this KFC outlet. We waited over 40 minutes just to get our order — at a fast food place! That completely defeats the purpose. What made it worse was that they served at least six other orders for people who came after us. No updates, no apology, just complete indifference from the staff.
