KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently dined with friends at KFC in Hyderabad and, unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience.

I share this feedback in hopes that it helps improve their service in the future. Upon arrival, we noticed the washroom facilities were not up to hygiene standards, but we chose to stay due to the brand's reputation.

However, the chicken served was undercooked and had a concerning level of blood, even after being cooked. When I addressed this with the staff, I was left unsatisfied with their response. After speaking with the manager, the dish was replaced, but the experience left much to be desired.

Furthermore, around 10:45 PM, the lights at our table were turned off, while areas nearby remained lit. When I inquired about this discrepancy, the explanation given was quite unsatisfactory, as it was their closing time while other sections remained illuminated. This was my first and last visit to this KFC location.

I share this feedback solely because of the repeated oversights witnessed during our visit. I hope they take steps to rectify...

Worst experience had on this outlet.. the first chicken broast was cooked with fly insect which was all black and attached to the broast when we checked i took to the counter and told the lady she was like no sir its just a spicies then i showed her exactly then she accepted when we were started to check the chicken wings the smell was the worst smell which was foulness its looked like chicken was kept days and days .when i took them to the counter the lady just said sorry and trying to compensate with another chicken wing like how can you be so chill it would be effect someone’s health.
