Softy Den.. This ice cream outlet has been in Hyderabad since like forever. Located just opposite to St. George's School at Chirag Ali Lane, Abids. My parents used to visit here way back in 1995. So, after a long long gap they were here. It was my first time so I found the place to be good. Prices are slightly on the higher side. However the ice creams are something different. The texture is light, frothy and creamy with a slight sweet taste not too overpowering. The best ice cream I've had in a while. My parents too found the taste to be similar to what they had back in 1995. There are new additions to the menu now like pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, fries...

Taste is perfect but the management is not friendly very arrogant...Person on the counter talks as if he owns the place....As i took a vannila softy and i said i wll pay u extrra for chocolate sause in a seperate cup...he started arguing we dont give like that...he said if u want i will put some syrup on the cone i said ok...he did and the syrup spilled on my hands completely...i said brother thats the reason i was asking in a cup and i asked him to transfere the ice cream into the cup but he took the cone and throw it into the dustbin saying its our loss and if u want another ice cream in a cup...
