I recently revisited Krishna’s Kitchen, and just like my last experience, it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant has a quiet and comfortable vibe — nothing overly fancy, but clean, calm, and perfect for enjoying a hearty meal.
We started off with soups, and while the Tomato Soup was decent, the real star was the Mutton Shorba. It was rich, flavorful, and had a noticeable ghee aroma that added a comforting touch. It’s the kind of soup that feels almost like a homemade dish — warming and satisfying, especially if you enjoy traditional flavors.
For starters, we tried the Veg Basket, which came with roll-shaped appetizers filled with a cheesy bell pepper stuffing. It was a nice mix of textures — crispy outside, soft and creamy inside — and a good option even if you’re not strictly vegetarian.
We skipped straight to the biryani section for our main course — and honestly, this is where Krishna’s Kitchen really shines.
First up was the Nawabi Murgh Biryani, which came with tender, well-spiced chicken. The rice was fragrant, and the balance of spices was just right — not too overpowering but definitely flavorful.
Then we tried the Seema Mamsam Biryani, something I hadn’t had before. It features a green curry-style mutton, and the taste really surprised me in a good way. It had a fresh, herby spice profile that stood out from the usual biryani flavors. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for something a little different.
Finally, we went for the Mutton Fry Piece Biryani — a boneless version that was also quite enjoyable. The pieces were tender and nicely marinated, making it easy to eat and full of flavor in every bite.
What I appreciated most was that each biryani had its own distinct character. They weren’t just variations of the same dish with a different protein — each one had its own identity, which made the experience more interesting.
Overall, Krishna’s Kitchen continues to be a solid spot for good, flavorful food — especially if you’re a biryani lover. The staff was polite, service was smooth, and the quality has been consistently good across visits. If you're in the mood for rich, comforting South Indian non-veg dishes, this place should definitely be...
Read moreBy seeing lots of reviews and some youtube videos me and my friends planned to go out for a dinner at Krishna's Kitchen madhapur. With a good looking indoor seating area and Soulful music in the background set-up the good atmosphere. Now coming to food first we ordered Chicken hot and sour soup and Chicken manchow soup to lit up our appetite. Hot and sour soup is a average and not so good manchow soup was decent. Next Coming to Starters we ordered kheema bajji which is chefs special, Pachimirchi Royyala Vepudu, Guntur Kodi Vepudu. Kheema Bajji Comes with 5 long bajjis each is around the length of your palm but it was a big Disappointment for us. Actually in Kheema Bajji Kheema is stuffed in mirchi which Dipped in sufficient amount of batter and fried. When I took a bite of it the taste was more dominated by batter than Kheema stuffing. Pachimirchi Royyala Vepudu was so good so was Guntur Kodi Vepudu both are semi dry items. Coming to Main Course we ordered one Paneer butter masala and 2 naans. Paneer butter masala gravy thickness is good so was taste and Size of each paneer cube is big enough to satisfy your Tummy.Coming to Rice items we ordered Nawabi murgh Dum biryani and seema mamsam biryani. Dum biryani was good and has settled taste and masala .The taste and Rice texture is same as like In Palamuru grill and likewise restaurants. We got three pieces of chicken which are less the size we get in Bucket biryanis like red bucket and pieces were well cooked. Seema mamsam biryani was actually show stealer though it was bit spicy but good enough to show the heaven to your taste buds. Coming to Deserts we ordered 3 Apricot fantasies the taste was top-notch and must try desert. . . Overall . . I recently had the pleasure of dining at this cozy spot, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the simplicity of the setup stood out—clean, well-maintained seating surrounded by lush greenery, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the mutton shorba. Rich, aromatic, and bursting with deep, well-balanced flavors, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The broth was perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of warmth from the spices, making it both comforting and indulgent.
Following that, I tried the mutton fry, which was equally impressive. Tender, juicy, and expertly cooked, each bite was packed with a bold, smoky flavor that paired beautifully with the spices. The meat was seared to perfection, with a slightly crispy outer layer giving way to succulent, well-marinated pieces inside.
One of the best parts of the evening was a long conversation with the chef, whose passion for food and commitment to quality were evident in every dish. Hearing about the care that goes into sourcing ingredients and the traditional techniques used in preparation made the meal even more special.
Service was efficient and friendly, with staff ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. They were attentive without being intrusive, adding to the restaurant’s warm and welcoming vibe.
Overall, this place is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates well-cooked, flavorful mutton dishes. The combination of great food, passionate cooking, and a relaxed ambiance makes it a spot worth returning to. I’ll...
