Hotel Abhiruchi — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I hardly go hotels to have meals , as i use to have most of times at home. But when i get a chance for a week to have lunch out side, i have tried most of the hotels for meals in city near by my places. Including, Kakatiya Mess- Ameerpet, Subbayya gari Hotel-Kphb,(not tried Harsha Deluxe- Ameerpet , yet to try :-) ), But though those are famous . just belive me , the satisfaction , and the taste of meals (Wet Curry, Dal curry, , 2 Fry items, sambar, chutney, one falvoured rice ..etc) are really awsome. I can rate 4* for Meals , As i am vegetarian i can't rate non-veg here but my friends said i.e also very good here.

why i missed 1 * here, i.e only for the ambience, the hotel inside litlte dark like (closed , look like Bar kind of dim lighting). But who cares when they are very foody, hungry , likes tasty food.(we can ignore some times). and ofcourse as it is crowded place the attention of the staff little less some times esp. busy days afternoons, still they managed well. But the taste is awsome. for the price. ( Though i paid Rs.210 at subbayya gari hotel kphb , i didnt get satifaction of the curries they prepare, and the taste of the other items are not worthy enough for the money...

This review might not be liked by few but i will try putting my experience as it is...

This is just like a hidden place beside a very narrow busy road. Went inside and it's like some Western movie, that moment once you open the door lot of folks sitting and eating, walking, waiting inside that room. Yes it's kind of room. Felt like a Matchbox.

Since i went single, i managed to seat myself at a empty chair and waited for 15mins for the order.

Then he came with one pen and one tissue paper and started writing the order on it.

I preferred this place only to have some starter item. And so ordered but he said it takes 30 minsplus time for starter.

And i again looked back at menu and realised that the prices are damn high. Any starter item it's 280rs. Then when i chose special Biryani, he says it will come with boneless chicken curry. Because i don't feel that's special, i am looking at other and then this guy flew away.

That's when i came to a feeling that there is no problem in simply getting up and leaving the restaurant, and i did that.

End line: prices are damn high. But you may like it because they serve with Indian meals. Which is why most it is...

Got take away order at 10 pm Tuesday night: prawn fry, prawn biryani, chicken fry and fish fry.

Every single item was rotten/stale and smelly. Even rice dish (prawn biryani)was stinky and rice is spoiled. Called in next morning and was told, this cannot happen and not their fault, being late its possible taste could change.

Yes agree it cannot happen, but it did, so stop scamming consumers by packing leftover food towards end of day.

Guy with any sense would have offered to replace food when charging 2000 rs., but they did not shamelessly because they know they were scamming people with left over food.
