I recently visited the Baskin Robbins outlet in Gachibowli, located conveniently near My Home Vihanga, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Though it’s a small and compact store, it is very neat, well-maintained, and has a cozy, welcoming vibe.

What truly stood out was the service and hospitality. I was greeted warmly by Sami Sherif, who was not only polite and professional but also well-spoken and courteous throughout my visit. He helped me with recommendations, explained the seasonal flavors with a smile, and made the experience feel personal and friendly—something that’s often missing in bigger outlets.

Despite its size, the store is well-stocked with a good variety of flavors and sundaes. Everything looked fresh and neatly arranged. The ambiance is simple, but clean and cheerful—perfect for a quick indulgence or a relaxed ice cream break.
