Lunch Box — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Worst place to order food Online. Today is the 1st day of Navratri and they offer fasting thalis as well. Today they launched restaurant on Swiggy with a new name as "Navraatri meals by LunchBox" with all the fasting menu options. Later I got food with onion salad and onions on top of it. Teh explanation they gave is that I did not read the description or mentioned in the instructions that I need fasting meal. They are mis leading Hindus by Adding and launching new with name exclusive Navraatri meals and for that they need additional instructions. Same as the restaurant with Name "Jain foods" serves Non veg. And disregarded their fault. This restaurant is earning in the name of Religion by providing regular mixed food and saying it as Fasting meal. On by Bill it was "veg meals by lunch box", U ordered from "Navratri meals by lunch box", what discrepancy is this. Why are you playing with religious sentiments of humans by saying that you are provding fasting food when you are not. SHAME ON YOU and Shame on Swiggy of allowing such restaurants and not acknowledging such mistakes. I although got refund from Swiggy after 3 hours of constant arguement. But this is not about refund. I went for lunch today with my colleague, and this was my first time visiting this place. We ordered chicken handi biryani, which was meant to serve both of us, and it came with a breast piece and a leg piece. Coming to the taste, it was superb - honestly, it was the best biryani I've had in a long time. The flavor and execution stood out, making it a highlight of the visit.

The seating was good, but one downside was that there wasn't much ventilation and free air flow; the unfortunate part is there's no apparent way for the air to get out, making the ambiance feel a bit stuffy. The lighting, on the other hand, was good.

When it comes to the service aspect, there was quite a bit of delay that tested our patience. Even for a biryani, which is a regular item and can typically be served fairly quickly during lunch, ours came 15 minutes late after ordering. I noticed other customers received their soup after our biryani was already finished, indicating some room for improvement in pacing of service.

The wash area was untidy and unhygienic - I would suggest the management look into this as there was a very bad smell near the wash basin. Given the contrast of the excellent biryani taste versus some of the other aspects, I might visit once again solely for the taste of...

Highly disappointed with the quality, quality and taste of the food. Me and my family ordered 4 dishes namely, chicken 65, chicken dum biryani. We took parcel for veg noodles and baby corn Manchuria. Firstly, the quantity of each and every dish was very very less when compared to the amount they charge. Secondly, the chicken 65 was so basic. It was so hard to find flavors in it. The chicken dum biryani was a disaster. The chicken had no flavor in it and the rice was totally dipped in ghee. Veg noodles was decent but it was so normal that I'd not prefer to eat it outside and make it at home by myself. The baby corn Manchuria wasn't a let down. It was good.
