Grand Spicy Bawarchi — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I'm a very rare consumer of Biryani and had been to this place more than a couple of place within the last 3 months and here is my review:

Ambiance: A very decent ambiance and I have absolutely no complaints about it. It's all spic and span.

Service: As I've already said that I had been to this place for more than couple of times in last few months and the service I've been seeing is what I want to say. Your order would be delivered slightly later than the usual expected time. The main thing that really irritated be was that the folks were a little rude. I totally understand that it's peak time and they've got a job and you would see that in a road side cafe as well but people would still keep up their cool in many places despite of heavyness. However these guys here were little irritating, I don't like the way they speak to me. The gentlemen who served me today had a bloody irritating attitude and the way he spoke to me felt as if I'm asking for free food. I absolutely didn't like this aspect of this place.

Food quality: good quality was good enough and my friends had the same to say. So that's cool and same goes with pricing as well..

All in all, I would recommend this plane not to be visited with a family. There are much better places to visit with familiy. Yes, you can get/order packed food from this place and that would serve your want though.

It’s a nice restaurant and was suggested to me by my friends and they did hyped a lot and I do have also heard that they do come many times and always the restaurant is full and they have to wait for hours to get a seat but we were lucky enough as got a set for 9 people by waiting for just 10 to 15 mins and we order a lot of food like chicken started, mushroom starters, fish starters, mutton biryani, chicken biryani, noodles, fried rice, naan and many more. Pros-

All the items were really yummy except mutton biryani

It’s a very famous restaurant and it's always crowded.

Food is served really well.

Staff are also really nice.

Service time is also really less.

Located at a good area.

There is no parking issue.

Cost was reasonably but not cheap.

Cons-

We ordered a mutton biryani, and we genuinely felt like it was not a mutton biryani, but it felt like lamb biryani as it doesn’t feel anything, and it was really bad and nobody ate. It was the worst.

There is always a long waiting like when you want to go and eat something here.

Because of the crowd, it is always very full and no place to move around.

have been here 4-5 times so far. its because the restaurant is just 1 min away from my home, and nothing to do with the food. food is average and nothing great to talk about. staff is arrogant. i always leave a tip of 10 rupees, on billing of 180. i had no change today and hence gave 5 rupees as tip. the waiter refused and returned it back. the arrogance pissed me off. i always ensure that i leave tip as i dont want waiter to spit on my food before serving. as it is, the restaurant is new and look deserted most of the time. with this kind of arrogance, you would lose the remaining customers....
