Pizza Hut | Madhapur, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I recently dined at Pizza Hut and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The pizza I ordered was disappointingly hard and dry, lacking the expected flavors that define a good pizza. In an attempt to salvage the taste, I had to add sauce. The pasta, on the other hand, was subpar, with an overwhelming amount of tomato sauce that resulted in an unpleasant dining experience, leading to discomfort.

To compound matters, the beverage selection, particularly the Pepsi, was not up to standard. The drink seemed diluted, and even after requesting a replacement, the issue persisted. What added to the disappointment was the lack of acknowledgment or resolution from the owners regarding these concerns.

Furthermore, the absence of forks in the establishment was surprising, requiring multiple requests to obtain one for eating pasta. The service was not only lacking in terms of food quality but also in attentiveness to customer needs.

It was disheartening to hear another customer referring to the place as "third-class pizza." This, coupled with my own experience, left me with an overall unfavorable impression. When you visit this specific phd, employees would greet you with smile and till they take order. Once that is done, it feels like you no more belong there even before eating. worst part is when it comes to payment, if you have coupons(little, other..) they will make you wait, as only one person would be having knowledge of how to use coupons. Even worst part is, when I was showing the coupon I had, one of the guy who didn't even serve, took my mobile saying please have seat, it will be done soon, and started opening chrome to give feedback by himself. luckily my mobile got stuck(1st time I felt even there is good in this too :)) and I asked what happened. he asked can you please open browser and give feedback.
