Girlfriend Mandi — Restaurant in Hyderabad

WORST STAFF AND WORST VALET PARKING!!!!! The food was good, but not hot enough(okay, not bad). I somewhat enjoyed the food, but the staff was pathetic. They were vacating us even before we finished eating. They were constantly saying "People are waiting sir, please move out". It hadn't been even 5 mins since the food arrived. Even when we ordered a sweet or any other thing, they were like, "Please sir, understand. A lot of people are waiting, finish fast! We cannot take more orders." One of the staff member was standing by us until we completed the food not to serve us, but to keep saying, "Finish fast, sir!" I do not know what the is the case of the family section. Though i went with my cousins(3 men one woman), he didn't send us into family section, even after request. We asked them to please wait, to let us atleast eat, they were standing right beside us and keep pestering us until we eat. We literally had to stuff food in our mouth, and we had to leave the place, without even finishing due to the staff's constant pestering. That day, every customer in the ground floor section had the same issue with the staff urging them to finish eating, without even giving time. If there is such a problem, then, add a waiting staff or tell it outside itself that there are no seats available. Why disrespect the customers that are already inside, eating. I do not understand why this has such good ratings on google. Maybe most of them are rigged or bots or Maybe it was my bad luck that the staff allotted that day were so irritating. Either way that staff has to leave. If the owner is reading this, please talk to your staff to behave properly, and manage things else fire them, you will lose even the customers that you are getting now. Because, even in local restaurants, though the ambience and cost is cheap, they don't pester...

Plz don't visit this restaurant....all the food they serve is stored food not freshly made...the chicken Mandi we ordered was a huge disaster....the chicken was spoiled and when we ask the staff about it...they were rude and disrespectful to their customers....and the owner him self miss leads the customers and talks vere rudely.... owner uses 3rd grade language with customer and also uses cheap language.....they look like official but they words are so vulgar....and it's a worst management by the owners...if they can't serve the good food..why too run this restaurant..simply they are playing with customer health.....they don't even care about their mistake ....they don't even care about customer health..their prices are too high and their quality is worst of all times......I've never tasted such worst Mandi in whole Hyderabad...it's not even worth the price ....plz don't visit this restaurant..i don't want anyone to spoil their health like me...I found a bug and some hairs in my plate...and not only hairs and bugs....they Mandi was full of sand particals....the particals were all over my plate and mouth....over all it's a worst management and worst owner I say .....worst experience in my life....I'll never visit...

So I visited this restaurant for the 1st and man the second I just entered the first thing everyone notices is the ambiguity and the way inside feels, it's like walking into a mughlai darbar with all the places to sit down and they have a great variety of food items in the menu and I have literally have to mention about the food. We went a total of 5 members and including me. We ordered a full chicken mandi and as I am a vegetarian I ordered a half veg mandi our food arrived much quicker than we expected. First comes mine boy oh boy you should see all the food that was on my plate it was a combination of flavoured basmati rice and many vegetables ki aloo carrot beans slices of paneer cubes and all of them were fried with a layer coating on them and the waste was extraordinary. I specifically need to mention about the cashew and dry grapes I got a plenty of them in my plate. Coming to my friends full mandi the food waste from their experience obviously and what I would say about the food is that, you should atleast keep your stomach empty before you enter there. In the end we all had to eat our stomach full and boy oh boy the food was tasty and all this was at a very low price beleive me you won't even regret...
