McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Food: one of the most worst food i had, even small burger center is far better than MC. One of my experiance with local burger place in nagole they have charged 99/- for chicken burger the texture and flavour and bun quality and appearance of the burger very tasty and yummy like MC advertisment. But MC burger very costly and the burger looks same as cheap bun where we get from street vendor very bad apperance and taste, i felt i cand do my self better. Conclusion the cost you charge and providing is not worth, you can charge for brand but customer satisfaction is also important. Now I choose always the place which i had tasty and yummy burger from local burger shop.

Service: Anyways it was a self service , but not providing menu card is very bad, displaying menu on screen with slides and customer need to stand and choosing the product, i don't think it's a customer friendly for new customer need to wait for the right slide comeup on the screen and choosing your product. It is only for regular customers who ever not tasted other than MC still coming to your store i guess.

Atmosphere: For such a store AC is much required but i don't know there is no AC when i have visited.

The staff members are really idiots, their machines will always have some or the other problems like literally always. Their service sucks. I really want people to be aware of their idiotic techniques, check with them always beforehand about availability of coke,fries and even burger and all. After placing order they might just say I’m sorry it’s not available like just now after you placing the order it’s not available, all these stories will be made up by them once you place order there.
