Talking about the place, it doesn't have a structured parking lot. One can easily spot it in a normal traffic, its right beside the south India shopping mall( well known landmark in KPHB). They got 2 stories space. so you don't need to worry about the seating space and all. They only have 2 counters so you need to stand in a que, not for much time. You can expect more crowd on evenings and weekends. Anyways its the same McD. So, no need to talk about the food, but they do accept all kinds of online payments and you can find good deals and offers in LITTLE app, which they accept.

They even have this kiosk service just outside the building. So you can order your food and pay right there, skipping all the que, and pick up the order then and there or just order it from any online food apps like zomato... Etc. They even have their own delivery facility. Just download the app and order for home delivery.

I should say, the people at the counter are responsible(loyal) cause I forgot my mobile phone there and realised it after a while. When I got back to them, they kept it safely for me, I'm...

Very worst behaviour by the service team. I have placed order from Magic Pin and rider has been not assigned, when I visted the store, they mentioned that order has been delivered to the rider. When I connected to the customer care, they also mentioned rider has been not assigned.

Then I asked the McD service to whome you have delivered the food, they showed me the another order id to whome they have delivered the food and which is not reflecting to my order id. Then they are saying that order ids will be different from rider and to the store people, then how they have delivered food, I don't understand their poin, with 2 different order ids how they will deliver the food.

One more thing, that store person said clearly that you have not ordered from McD app, so, we can't help you sir. This is what they are teaching to their employees I felt, if they felt like that, why they want provide option for swiggy, Zomato, magic pin.

At the same time, one more customer also fighting for his food at store. I don't understand how they are managing the store with...
