Milan Juice Center & Shawarma — Restaurant in Hyderabad

If you care for your health run. Run far away from Milan. They simply don't put any efforts to maintain the hygiene. The other day, I was at their place to have a chicken shawarma and guess what? It had a chicken feather in it. Imagine what else could have been missed by them that got mixed with the chicken and you happily ate it with joy without knowing about the dirt wrapped in the shawarma in the name of chicken. I took the feather to the person on the counter whose name is Mannan and complained about it. To my surprise and utter disappointment his awful reply was 'kabhi kabhi aate rehta', implying this is usual for them and there was no remorse or any sense of liability.

I completely understand mistakes happen, but there should be some urge (atleast a bit) to feed the customers hygienic food especially in such sensitive times like the pandemic. This was completely missing. Zero empathy and feeling of wrong doing. We trust strangers and risk a lot when we plan to eat outside and these guys are simply taking our trust for granted and just don't care about anything except making money. If profitable they'd serve poison. Mannan is simply taking his customers for a ride. It'd be great if somebody can put me through any food inspector who can look into this matter in public interest. I am willing to help out as much as possible. And mind you there are other better options available in Mallapally with genuine people who give a dime or two about their customers and their health. Don't know what the food inspectors are doing. This place is completely unhygienic and unhealthy food is being supplied. Desserts, juices, salads with cream are in refrigerators for many days. Any customer orders anything, they take out that ready-made juices and just add some additives and finish the order. One will die by seeing the refrigerator conditions and how openly the food preserved inside. Seating arrangement is worst. Beside this seating, they kept waste bins. Muslims pass over this place, take glasses, wash their hands, spit their itself, drink and leave. And the juice makers wash the utensils in the bottom near the floor where they usually spit and wash their face and legs. Passing public on Fridays after their namaz, visit here, eat dates, smoke cigarettes chit chat and leave causing inconvenience to other customers. Parking is a big issue.
