My Friend's Circle Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Yesterday Night I visited my frnd circle, i have been visiting and ordering from this restaurant, i used to like it, but yesterday I saw grusome reality, i decided to dine at their ground floor dinning, we were just two, there were place to sit so we waited, the staff in charge didn't wanted to check with the 1st floor dining wheather we could sit there so we didn't mind and stayed there, we finally got to sit, now when we started order, as soon as we say biryani, some one shouted from kitchen that biryani was over, then that came back and said biryani not possible, later he it will take half an hour, we were very very hungry we decided to order one chicken and one egg fried rice, and one chilly panneer, my friend added one more veg Manchurian dry, so I decided to cancel chicken fried rice and i mentioned it repeatedly while this was happening there were fights going on in the kitchen and we were sitting ryt beside the kitchen door, they were shouting and screaming like rats fighting in the drainage, so everyone could hear, there was something else going at the dining counter near staff incharge, while all this, he didn't confirm the order properly and order chicken fried rice as well. We were shocked, before while waiting we decided that we'll order biryani as we are anyways waiting for half an hour, after him brining us chicken fried rice, i said we cancelled this order, the staff started arguing with us, I was so hungry i controlled my anger started eating, but fried was very unheygenic and rice was super dry, I could sense it could be basi, especially the chicken pieces were not eatable, both egg fried rice and chicken fried so much food to avoid further wastage we were forced by the to cancel biryani and we did. Veg Manchurian was very good, so started eating just rice and thoze starter. But i am sure once I had chicken i understood i'll get sick, so left it and just rice, after that since we didn't eat both fried rice, all was left, rest we finished, asked them to pack it seperately the put the whole in one or keept a pack for themselves i don't kw, but again very disappointing, after that i didn't want to take it, so I left the parcel at the dining hoping the staff will keep it but he came afte us gave it back, so I went out and thought I will eat it for sure so I gave it dogs and fried didn't have masalas so I thought dogs will eat chicken at least but even dogs smelled and didn't it, none of 5 dogs Even tasted it, they have bad staff manner. Unhygienic kitchen condition, unhygienic fried rice and poor management during late night peak hours poor coordination, more over arguments made my life's worst dining experience, they should remove fired rice from the menu...
