Stale Rice & Mystery Meat: Rice was either undercooked or reheated from old stock. The chicken pieces were tough, dry, and suspiciously few. No Layering (Dum-style? Forget it!) – Just yellow rice haphazardly mixed with overcooked meat.

2. Hygiene Red Flags: Found a hair in the biryani (twice!). Served in dented, unclean utensils – questionable kitchen standards. Room service trays left outside for hours, attracting insects.

3. Rip-off Pricing: Charged ₹350+ for a small portion that tasted worse than ₹100 street food. No refunds or replacements offered when complaints were raised.

My review based on Sunday 26-9-2021 my first visit to new king's Safina hotel and I found very crowded yes all the sections of dining is full and people are waiting for seats i got the seat in 15 minutes of waiting and had seat and searching for the hotel staff to order very busy it takes another 15 minutes to order after order i wait for 20 minutes to get my biryani on table and finally I taste it and it good worthy I like now I know why the people dying for. 😁 Price is also a plus point i don't know how croudy this place is weekdays.
