Food: Had such amazing and genuine Italian food after a long time! We tried several of their breakfast and lunch options.

We had Eggs Benedict, Acai Bowl, Cheese Board, Norwegian Pear Salad, Arancini, Baked Artichoke Heart, Tortellini with Duck Ragout, Chicken Wellington, Potato Rosemary Pizza, Pesto Fish, Lamb Lasagne, Butternut Squash Gnocchi and Sage Butter, Mascarpone Panna Cotta, Ricotta Cannolini, and Basque Cheesecake, Rose Apricot Mint (mocktail).

Eggs Benedict: Just amazing, the silky smooth egg yolks and the hollandaise sauce are a match made in heaven. Definitely a must try!

Chicken Wellington: Tried this to get an idea of the infamous Beef Wellington. It felt a bit dry to me.

Baked Artichoke Heart: Very interesting how they made something not so interesting such as artichokes quite interesting.

Tortellini with Duck Ragout: Just brilliant. Al dente pasta with minced duck meat and a great sauce to go with it. Overall, a very satisfying pasta dish.

Potato Rosemary Pizza: Although technically a sound dish, the potatoes don't really fit well in the pizza in my humble opinion.

Overall, there are so many great options in the menu and you can't go wrong with most of them.

However, it is very sad that they don't have any alcohol (be it sparkling wines such as Prosecco or cocktails). Would have made this restaurant even more complete.

Ambience: Really peaceful and elegant. Both indoor and outdoor seating have something great to offer.

Service: Very polite and friendly staff. They are helpful and interactive. They even provided a complimentary dessert (Flourless Chocolate Cake) for us which is very sweet of them.

Summary: Go here if you are into peaceful and relaxing ambience and love Italian food. On Saturday and Sunday, they also have breakfast and it is amazing by itself (think of Crêpes, English Breakfast, French Omelette, etc.). Go here at around 11 AM to enjoy both breakfast and lunch.

We tried Cheese Wheel Fettuccine Alfredo (Prawn) which was cheesy, smoky, and just delicious, Spinach Crêpes, Eggs Benedict-Florentine (very creamy and buttery), Espresso Hot Chocolate (very balanced in terms of sweetness and bitterness and a must try!), Turkish Eggs (garlick-y and curd-y), Breakfast Platter,...

I’m always thrilled when a foodie recommends a place, and this time, it was my friend’s son who suggested this charming, bohemian spot across from the imposing city police building at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

I fell in love with the place immediately. Not only because I’m a sucker for Italian cuisine and anything cheesy, but also because I adore nature, and this place radiates beauty, charm, and cheerfulness in every corner. The staff, mostly from the exotic land of Nagaland, bring an infectious warmth to the experience. Add in the company of good friends, and you have the recipe for a perfect, memorable outing. I highly recommend this place for a visit with family, friends, or even on a romantic date.

The menu is a paradise for food lovers. Every dish we ordered was a harmonious balance of taste, flavor, and texture. We started on a refreshing note with a cool watermelon basil mocktail. The cherry tomato bell pepper soup was uniquely flavorful, and the pull-apart cheese bun—fresh, fluffy, and soft—melted in my mouth. My personal favorite was the Buratta Salad, featuring creamy, fresh burrata, seasonal greens, sun-dried tomatoes, figs, almond flakes, and a house dressing. The explosion of flavors and textures, combined with the perfect crunch and softness, made this salad unforgettable. It’s a dish I’ll be sure to order on every visit to Nove.

The Cotelette, a plate of cutlets served with house salad, pesto mayo, and parmesan, was another delightful and unique dish. The red sauce-based pasta was so delicious that it disappeared in minutes. By the time the risotto arrived, we were already full, so I took it home for dinner—and it lived up to the expectations even then! For dessert, the crispy ricotta cannolini with cream and roasted pistachios, served with a cream quenelle, was absolute perfection in both sweetness and flavor. To top it off, the restaurant treated us to a complimentary Burnt Basque Cheesecake after our enthusiastic compliments to the staff.

In a city like Hyderabad, where we are spoiled for choice when it comes to dining, it’s rare for a place to truly stand out. But Nove does just that, excelling in food, ambiance, service, décor, and price. It’s a winner in every way, and it has certainly won my heart.
