"One of the best chocolate makers in Hyderabad. Above all, it's a great concept-driven store; they actually process chocolate end-to-end and the production is mostly transparent and visible to the general public. They also have a nice cafe and a patisserie in-house. Must-visit for any chocolate and dessert connoisseur. "
Food: At their cafe, we had Jackfruit Croquettes, Banana Blossom Tortellini, Fig and Mascarpone Tart, Lemon Meringue, Mango Matcha Latte, Pistachio Rose Hazelnut Coffee, and Mango Passion Fruit Roll.
Banana Blossom Tortellini: Nice filling of banana flowers. Creamy and delicious butternut squash sauce.
Jackfruit Croquettes: Raw jackfruit is used in this. The raw jackfruit itself doesn't lend much flavour to the overall dish though.
Pistachio Rose Hazelnut Coffee with White Chocolate: I was quite disappointed with it. Pistachio (powder), White Chocolate, Hazelnut, and Rose (a bit of dried rose petals) did not shine at all. Could taste just the coffee for the most part.
Mango Passion Fruit Roll was not at all good. Passion fruit flavour was not at all noticeable and the cake felt too plain and a bit dry, and the mangoes also felt quite plain as they were not infused with any other flavour.
We also took home several others desserts: pastries, tarts, and a customized selection of their chocolates.
The chocolates were very good. Very artisanal, quite innovative, and interesting flavour combinations. They have many varieties to choose from, and it is up to us to customise and select whatever we would like.
The tarts, pastries, and macarons are also quite good, good innovation and flavours overall. They also have gelato, hot chocolate, croissants, and other cakes.
Service: Pretty good, the staff members are polite and friendly. However, the café gets crowded during peak hours and we have to give our names to a person and wait for some time in order to get a table. They have no reservations either.
Ambience: Very nice ambience, totally apt for a cafe. The chocolate-making infrastructure is also top-notch, clean, and hygienic. They also sell various baking/chocolate products and assorted collections.
Overall, a must-visit place in Hyderabad for any chocolate connoisseur. Their cafe and patisserie are pretty good as well. Any person who is into desserts or chocolates or anything sweet in general would...
Read moreVisited Manam on a Sunday afternoon & experienced no wait time. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful array of chocolates, their enticing aroma filling the air. The options were diverse, ranging from bonbons to cooking chocolates and exquisite gift selections. An intriguing highlight was the chance to craft our chocolate tablet.
Moving further into the cafe, we discovered a tempting selection of entremets, croissants, and other delectable bakes. The experience was heightened by a sample tasting of chocolate, vanilla, and pistachio ice cream, with the chocolate variant standing out for its rich, indulgent flavor. Sampling raspberry-strawberry and lemon-cheesecake softies revealed a delightful medley of flavors, though the latter could use a flavor boost. The berry softy was intense and had the punch of the berries; the lemon cheesecake softy was mild on flavour.
As we explored deeper into the cafe, we witnessed the fascinating process of chocolate making and tempering, enhanced by a viewing gallery. The journey concluded in a beautiful seating area, open to the sky courtesy of the attentive staff.
Ordered Lamb Keema Bunny Chow, a perfectly cooked, flavorful delight with just the right amount of spice. The Millet Tacos with lamb filling, while flavorful, left us wanting more for the price, and the lamb was slightly chewy. There were only 3 tiny soft tacos served which can be finished off in just two bites.
Dessert choices did not disappoint, with the rich, decadent Dark Chocolate cake slice earning its place as a must-try. The Cacao-Almond Babka lacked almond flavor but compensated with its heavenly, chocolatey perfection. Also, it looked more like a danish or a croissant pastry & not a bread which was odd. But the flavours will definitely not disappoint you. Also purchased their award winning milk chocolate, which also was delish.
One thing that disappointed me is the lack of gluten free options.
In summary, Manam is a haven for chocolate and dessert enthusiasts, offering a diverse and delightful experience that is undoubtedly worth a visit. Professional staff, great ambience, fantastic food...

Visited Manam Chocolate Café around 6 PM with a group of four friends, and from the very first interaction, it was clear this place is on a different level. The host handling reservations initially mentioned a 45-minute wait, but to our surprise (and delight), he managed to get us seated in just 2 minutes. Major kudos to him — polite, efficient, and made us feel genuinely welcomed right from the jump.
The moment we stepped inside, the ambiance had us in awe. Stylish interiors, a warm, inviting glow, and a beautifully curated aesthetic that practically begged to be photographed — we couldn’t stop taking pictures. It’s one of those rare spots where the vibe matches the visuals perfectly.
As for the food — wow. We kicked things off with Curry Leaf Prawns and Parmesan Fries, paired with a refreshing Strawberry Sambuca-style non-alcoholic drink. But the highlight? Hands down the Malabar Chicken Parothas. Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor — honestly, words don’t do it justice. It’s something you truly have to taste to believe.
The service throughout the evening was fast and thoughtful. The staff were kind and attentive without ever being overbearing. We even had some friendly guests at a nearby table help us snap some photos, which added to the warm, community feel of the space.
Total bill for the four of us came to ₹2400 — an absolute steal for a dinner this satisfying.
Before leaving, we couldn’t resist browsing the in-house chocolate selection. As a chocolate-themed café, Manam truly lives up to its name — with cocoa bean grinders on display and an open kitchen view where we could actually watch the chocolatiers at work. It was an experience as much as a meal.
Final thoughts: Whether you're going for the food, the aesthetic, or the chocolate — Manam Chocolate Café is a must-visit. Easily one of the most memorable evenings we’ve had in...
