Subway Gachibowli — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Subway does not care about their loyal customers anymore. I started eating at Subways very early in Hyderabad as I used to enjoy them in 2004-05 in Sweden. Many Sandwich artists at Subway know me by my name. From Lifestyle, Nagarjuna Circle, Subway Cafe in Banjara hills, and Beeco Arcade in Indranagar.

Ordered on Swiggy app this evening around 9 pm when there usually isn't much rush. Got cheated. This has become a common occurrence with Swiggy orders on Subway.

Ordered for Cheese roasted Parmesan Oregano bread, received Plain white bread without Cheese. No pickles also.

Ordered and paid for extra meat, also mentioned in the addl comments on the Swiggy app, no extra meat was added. This is blatant cheating. I am also reporting this incident to Swiggy and Subway separately.

Kindly order and eat there when you are going in person not on Swiggy/ Zomato. Even in person sometimes you have to keep reminding the person that for certain things like say the wraps, double meat is already inclusive. Many Sandwich artists don't know the composition of day the Melt, BMT or even how much chicken by weight goes...

I have been Subway customer for a decade now. But for the first time I tried their wraps and I must say they are below average. Let alone local legendary wraps, they fail in comparision even with wraps of KFC. The cold drinks served here were cold but had no fizz at all. As if we were just having water mixed with sugar. And lastly, the person behind the counter had hard time understanding anything said in English and Hindi. The place where lot of customisation occurs, if the other person is unable to understand you then these convenient customisation becomes equally inconvenient. So, Subs continue to be good, avoid cold drinks and wraps, and pray that the person serving you understands...

I've been to diz place with a couple of other friendz last week and had a horrible experience. The mayonnaise bottle had a very small opening to it unlike other subways and the weird guy who was serving was not ready to add more mayonnaise and was very rude. His name was ahmed and had no ethics as to how to treat the customers, so was the case with manager, srinivas. I hope the owners get a better staff who can be a little polite to the customers. Subway has a reputation, but because of such staff it's losing the valued customers. Ask for extra mayonnaise or for that matter any other sauce, you would get only thread-sized three streaks at the max, so don't bother asking and be...
