Pizza Hut | Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Heads up to those ordering with delivery option- Poor coordination between Delivery Service and this Pizza Hut location. Let me share my experience came across, I have placed my order online throgh pizza hut website, the delivery guy picked my order and later he called me and said the delivery address is 4KMs and call Pizza Hutt cancel the order. When I contacted this location they said they call back and address this situation. But, No response. Finally lost my money, no food. Cheers!!

I recently visited Pizza Hut at Jubilee Hills (Room Number 5) and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. On arrival at 10:29, the reception staff were rude and unwelcoming.

As a loyal Pizza Hut customer, I was shocked by the subpar service, staff unavailability, and misbehavior at this branch. I hope the management takes necessary actions to address these issues, including potential staff termination.

So I decided to order from here today via swiggy. Having had good experiences so far with Pizza Hut I thought this will also be a good experience. To my surprise not only did they messed with the items in the order but was also terribly pathetic pizza. They gave cheese ball instead of garlic bread and pepsi was missing completely.
