When it comes to nightlife in hitech city - Resign sky bar is the one to party in style. Under the clear blue-black sky with fresh and cool breeze, this roof top bar becomes the party hub for all the city dwellers.
Resign sky bar offers more than its head turning view of the city skyline. The music here is lit and makes everyone swing to its beat. This is a two storied pub with a huge private partying area on the above with a splendid view and the lower one with a bar counter and dancing lights. This place can accommodate up to 70-80 pax.
I’ve been here with a group of friends on a weekend evening. As I’ve described enough about the ambience, now let’s move on to drinks and food.
Mocktails:
Go green: A combination of kiwi crush ,pineapple juice ,orange juice ,almond syrup and litchi juice was a refreshing one.
You name it! A fresh strawberry juice with a combination of lime and orange juice was also a good one at this place.
Startup Watermelon cooler Hard will Caribbean delite were the other mocktails which we have tried and all of them were great.
Cocktails :
Bloody Mary: A combination of vodka ,tobasco and Worcestershire was amazing.
The 80-20 rule: This is also a vodka based drink with spice grape syrup.
Drinks always taste better when sipped under the sky. The presentation of all the drinks were very appealing and attractive.
Starters:
Ghee roast chicken: The chicken was delicious, flavourful, soft and juicy garnished with curry leaves.
Indonesian grilled fish : It was fish and spice wrapped In banana leaves and grilled. The fish was delicious and goes well with red wine.

If yes then chances are you might be looking for a much needed retreat to rejuvenate yourself and resign from all the monotony. Resign Sky Bar runs along the same lines and principles, being the newest venture by Brand Sardar after their continual success with places like Fat Pigeon, Free Flow and Broadway. A rooftop bar with such lovely decor paired with some nice tunes is perfect to let loose and enjoy your time with your friends and family.
The place sports an exquisite menu both for the drinks as well as food presenting you with a variety of distinct combinations, ones you wouldn't have expected to see together before. From the drinks menu, I tried a couple of their signature cocktails each of which had a great individuality while being delicious at the same time. My personal favourites were Take It Offline - a Whiskey, Darjeeling Tea concoction hitting just the right notes, Make It Pop - a stunning combo of Whiskey with Popcorn infused syrup giving a delightful smoky aftertaste and Sandwich Method - a refreshing cocktail to revitalize you with ginger and lime and hit you at the same time with loads of Gin.
The food pairings were equally brilliant with some fine dishes curated by the chefs here both for vegetarians as well as the non vegetarians. From among the veg section, I personally loved the Resign Mash Cakes which were crispy potato cakes served with some barbeque sauce. The non vegetarian section was what flipped me over with delighful must-try dishes like Crispy Lamb Chips - thin sliced lamb medallions fried crisp and tossed in sweet spicy sauce, Ghee Roast Chicken - spicy, tangy yet juicy chicken thigh bites roasted with ghee and served over a hot, fluffy Naan and Mutton Sukha Bombs - Kerala styled dry mutton mince packed in crispy wonton wrappers. Best part was the pricing for these dishes which is so nominal that it almost feels...

Here's my detailed experience: First off, the place is easy to locate and is behind the Raidurg metro station. There is ample parking space for cars in a lot that is a bit tucked away (couldn't find a valet to park for me) that will need to go further away from the entrance but behind the building.
From the moment you exit the lift, the ambience transforms. It is electric in energy (as the night progresses, with pumping music by the DJ, strobing lights, huge projection screen with live sports and scents in the air). Strictly meant for the younger affluent party crowd who'd vibe well with this place. While there is a traditional standing area near the island bar, you can also find seating areas of different kinds (high chairs and benches) outside with nice views except for the part that faces the metro station.
You will find the typical QR code based digital menu which I find annoying as you need to keep opening your phone every now and then to check from the endless menu. The menu is really that, endless!
We ordered a plethora of starters both veg and non veg, and we ended up loving the chicken ghee roast! It is a must try, while the others were pretty great as well. Quant Wouldn't recommend ordering the veg platter as most of it went waste due to disproportionate portion sizes. Otherwise try everything including the beverages that will cost you a bomb as usual.
On the whole the wait staff were courteous, the bill was a bit of a shocker (14k INR including the hard beverages) and the charge for the headphones after 10pm ridiculous. However it was a place to have a great time to unwind after a...
