This was my first visit to any Social outlet, and the experience was nothing short of disgraceful. Upon entry, your staff informed us of the cover charge and the general rules, which we readily agreed to. One of my friends, who experiences discomfort in shoes, was wearing sandals. Despite this, your staff did not raise any objections at the entrance. They promptly provided us with coupons and took the payment without a single mention of any dress code violations. Throughout our time at your establishment, we ordered drinks, food, and even spent time on the dance floor—again, with absolutely no issues raised by any member of your staff about my friend’s sandals. However, after our bill was settled and paid, at approximately 11 PM, your staff suddenly decided to enforce this so-called rule. They confronted my friend and demanded that he leave, citing the sandals as a violation.
When we questioned this arbitrary enforcement and pointed out that the same staff had allowed entry and accepted payment without issue, one of your employees, whom we referred to as “big bro,” became hostile. Instead of providing a rational explanation, he began arguing with us. This individual then physically assaulted me by pushing me, and when I attempted to record the incident on my phone, he aggressively tried to break my phone. I provided immediate feedback on your tablet regarding the incident and included the names of two staff members, Arun and Sajid—though I have serious doubts as to whether these are their real names since they refused to provide any identification when asked. This experience was not only deeply humiliating and traumatic, but also completely unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of decency, which your staff shockingly failed to provide. To be physically threatened in your establishment for something your staff neglected to mention initially is utterly unacceptable. I have evidence of this entire ordeal and intend to pursue legal action. I demand that you take immediate disciplinary action against the individuals involved and provide me with a detailed report of the measures you plan to take to ensure such incidents do not happen again. I look forward to your prompt response. Please be aware that I will escalate this matter if appropriate action is not taken.

Finding a table turned into an unexpected ordeal; despite the availability of multiple tables suitable for four, the staff refused to accommodate two of us at any of them. This initial lack of attention and assistance set a rather unwelcoming tone for the evening.
What compounded my dissatisfaction was the handling of the service charge on our bill. Upon noticing an added service charge of ₹208, I requested it be removed, only to be met with resistance and an unsettling assumption by the waiter about my ability to pay. This interaction was not only uncomfortable but also unprofessional. The suggestion to use a QR code for payment to get a discount and thus indirectly accept the service charge felt manipulative. It's disheartening to see the expectation of a ₹100 tip for what was essentially minimal service, especially considering I had to find my own table.
This experience leads me to question the establishment's policy on service charges and the apparent pressure on staff to secure tips from customers. It's a practice that seems to overshadow the basic principles of hospitality and customer service.
The insistence on a service charge, coupled with the assumption of tipping, not only detracts from the dining experience but also reflects poorly on the management's treatment of their staff. If the aim is to ensure staff are adequately compensated, this should not come at the expense of customer satisfaction or through forced gratuities.
