This rating is only because of the experience I had come across at your branch at Malkajgiri with your employees

Just now I have visited your Malkajgiri branch and After placing the order, I have waited more than 30mins to get my order. When I have asked the reason for the delay, one of your employee at counter didn't responded infact he was least bothered to listen at me which I felt disrespectful towards your customer who is regular visitor to your Malkajgiri n Uppal branches. When I seriously conversed with him without using any foul language, he answered me that he was not the person who took my order so it is not his responsibility.

This is not the right way to handle your customers.

I believe they were properly trained by SAGI team. I hope they will not behave like this with any other customers again

Please make sure they treat the customers more...

I have tried burger meal which contains 1 coco 1 burger i wil give ónly ⭐ rating 1 fries ⭐ It's totally waste of money Becz Bun what they are using it, smell like sour and bit hard I can say that it was being stored frm past 2 or 3 days They Mayonnaise and red colour paste are not upto the mark ( smells is like Tomato pickles ) Chicken outer layer is yummy and crispy but inside it is totally the meat is in Red colour ( raw) French fries are not so crunchy But if we take in ONLY fries separately they will be yummy. i go regularly to this Shop, I hv tried chicken wings and pop corn they will be amazing and super (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) i dont know i have faced very bad experience Need improve the burger concept which will help to run ur...
