Waking up in the morning, going to the office, skipping lunches due to meetings ,coming back lately to home. These are the things which occur to most of the humans out there. In these busy lives, you might or might not spend sufficient time with your family. If you aren't sharing your life moments with your family or if you didn't go for an outing for a long time with your family, sahibs barbecue is that place you can spend nice time with your family over a barbecue lunch/dinner buffet. .
It has super classy decors which includes insane chandeliers and shields which are 2m distance apart. present on the separation wall . By stepping out of the left, you re gonna witness two armors handling shields and swords. This is the one place I opt whenever I crave for authentic hyderabadi cuisine. Their spread is huge that you would get surprised by watching those many items under hyderabadi cuisine.Their kitchen is huge & there are lot of staff to serve the customers. They can easily manage around 70-80 people at a time. . I visited them on the previous Sunday to their lunch buffet which costs 800/-* for non-veg and 700/* for veg. There are lot of starters, Maincourse ,desserts . The one important thing to describe is, you can get 2 drinks for unlimited times which is the special facility provided by sahib's barbecue. . As a welcome drink, i have got mango delight and strawberry flavoured Mocktail . In these two, i liked mango delight very much that i have ordered it for more than 6 times if you believe or not. The strawberry one was made out of artificial flavors. . Coming to the maincourse I started off with mutton shami kebab which is crispy & this is the starter that one can munch it even after the complletion of maincourse. To be frank, I have never tasted hyderabadi signature starter 'lukhmi' . Sahibs has got me 2 types of lukmi. One is the mutton one and the other is the veg one. Both were crispy and crunch outside and smooth inside. South indian fried chicken was also fried for sufficient time and has right amount of spices added to it.
.
Though , i liked all the starters, but I didnt like the shawarma,as the bread provided to it was too thick and the chicken has got lots of oil in it. This is because, they haven't marinated in the nice way. Lucknowi fish was one hell of a dish that i won't miss it again in my next visit. The well presented talwar chicken was soo soft. There are few more starters in the grill. i have tried everything except mushroom , as i am allergic to it. . Coming to the maincourse, hyderbadi murgh dum biryani was the best one I had till date. And the haleem was decent. The most attracting one you will ever see here is their tauliya naan which will be in the size of your towel. Having it with lucknowi fish is such a pure bliss. Gosht lazeez was perfectly cooked. As i am already full by the starters, my stomach didn't gave me the permission to try all the items in main course. . And then, I went to the desserts section straight away after the maincourse. Phirni and kaddu ka kheer were okish in the sweets. There are really amazing and rare flavored icecreams in sahibs barbecue. Guntur chilli icecream is the one wwhich tastes sweeter when we eat it. But, the time it goes into the stomach you will get that spicy flavor in it. Paan icecream was pretty good ,As i felt like having real paan. I ended up the session by having authentic hyderabadi sulemaani chai which cleanses & digests the food easily and it will make us stomach feel lightly. . Service was quick and the servers were so kind that they didn't hesitate to bring any item multiple times. saajith hossain was the person who has taken good care of us. . Thank you very much,sahibs...

I recently revisited Sahib's Barbeque in Madhapur, Hyderabad, after a lapse of a few years, and I must say, the transformation was nothing short of astonishing. While my previous experience left much to be desired, my recent visit was a delightful surprise that warrants a detailed mention.
Starters (BBQ): A Culinary Triumph The star of the show was undoubtedly the starters, masterfully crafted on the barbecue. From succulent chicken and perfectly cooked fish to tender mutton, the flavors were exceptional. The meats were flawlessly marinated and cooked to perfection, leaving a lasting impression on our taste buds.
Soups to Soothe the Soul Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian soups were nothing short of amazing. Each spoonful was a burst of flavors, and it was evident that careful thought had been put into creating these soul-warming delights.
Decadent Buffet Spread for All Tastes The buffet spread was an exploration of diverse culinary delights, catering to a variety of palates. The authenticity of the chaat counter was a hit among my friends and family, earning praises for its flavors and true-to-roots presentation.
Medieval Ambience: A Touch of Elegance The ambience of Sahib's Barbeque transported us to a bygone era, exuding a rich and medieval charm. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the restaurant, contributing to an immersive dining experience.
Afghani Naan: A Shared Delight One of the highlights of our meal was the enormous Afghani naan served on a stand, perfect for sharing with a group. The naan was soft, fragrant, and accompanied our meal delightfully.
Desserts: A Bittersweet Conclusion While the overall experience was exceptional, the dessert section left a bit to be desired. The desserts were average, lacking the same level of finesse and innovation displayed in the rest of the meal. However, it's worth noting that other BBQ establishments might outshine Sahib's Barbeque in this particular aspect.
Room for Improvement: Birthday Celebrations One notable downside was the refusal to provide a cake for birthday celebrations. Considering the slightly higher buffet costs compared to other similar establishments, it would be a thoughtful addition to include this service and enhance the overall dining experience.
Final Thoughts: A Protein-Rich Affair In summary, my recent visit to Sahib's Barbeque in Madhapur, Hyderabad, was a pleasant revelation. The transformation from a lackluster past to a delightful present was commendable. The delectable starters, soul-soothing soups, and diverse buffet spread showcased the culinary prowess of the establishment. While the desserts fell short of expectations and the birthday celebration aspect could use some attention, the overall experience was enjoyable and left me savoring the generous portions of protein-rich delights. Sahib's Barbeque has undoubtedly come a long way and deserves recognition for its efforts in creating a memorable...

Ambiance - One of those places in Hyderabad which just stand out without an effort! Crafting such huge place itself is a challenge and they've taken it up very seriously! The results show, i totally loved the concept, Boats, fountains, open grounds, elevated seating and what not! Being their third branch, the first one in Hyderabad is a grand one! As soon as you enter you'll see a huge parking lot followed by a walkway, you'll see a giant boat on the opposite and take a right, you'll enter seating area, on it's opposite is another seating area with a floor added, a couple of kids games to its left and a bar on the right is what you get! This is a perfect spot for a family outing. I totally dig the ambiance and will not be shy to give it a 10/10!
Service - It was delightful! They did more than I expected! Such courtesy, you'll be amazed by their ethics and passion for work! Wearing a camouflage red shirt and wide smiles, the staff their just set the standards so high! They recommend dishes, as soon as your glasses are empty, they are ready to refill and the table gets cleared every now and then! Always on their toes, looking to satisfy their customers and great communication skills, you get a total package here! Service gets 10/10! Food - Here's the tricky part which confused me whether to rate it 4 or 4.5! We were here at the new brunch launch and not everything was mind-boggling but there were a few delicacies out of this world! I'll talk about the things I loved, BBQ Chicken with sauce, what a beauty, probably the best bbq I've eaten yet, smoked, juicy and finely cooked, this is a must try! Crab cakes were something really good and special, as they are hardly found in Hyderabad, they're doing it right by the frying it perfectly and having ample seasoning! The Mango and Mint Cooler Mocktails were delicious too, they had strong flavors and were of perfect serving size! In the starters, they also have a couple of salads displayed on small cups which were juicy and nicely done!
Thney have live counters for Italian and Indian Comfort/fast food, I loved the Alfredo pasta and The Chola Poori was pretty decent as well!
The main course again is a huge spread and especially for vegetarians, they've got lots of variety! I loved the Chicken Biryani, it was kept spicy, the Chicken Curry and Veg lasagna were other favorites!
The dessert spread is also huge, I don't remember the names of all the offerings, but the chocolate cupcakes were my favourite! The good thing They're doing is, keeping Hershey's Syrups etc for everyone to use in their desserts and fruits which is very generous!
It was an average experience food wise as a restaurant which specialises in sea food, I was expecting some exceptional taste, nevertheless the ambiance and service covers it up! For now food gets 6/10
