Shree Sangam Family Dhaba Madinaguda — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Don’t waste your money and time at this restaurant. We ordered kaju paneer, veg Manchurian, veg biryani, and naan. Instead of basmati, they used regular rice of poor quality. I would give it a rating of 0 for quality. The veg Manchurian tasted excessively sweet, resembling tamarind sauce, and the biryani was colorful but completely lacked flavor.

To make matters worse, 70 percent of the food was left untouched, as every guest remarked that the food was inedible. After our meal, we approached the staff to share our feedback. The manager claimed he tested the food before delivery, but his behavior was very rude. He was polite while we were ordering, but when we expressed our dissatisfaction, he dismissed our concerns and insisted that everyone complains about the food after eating. Extremely unhygienic. Millions of cockroaches were on the floor, table, sofa and chairs. When they provided the bill book, hundreds of baby cockroaches were crawling out when I opened the bill book. On complaining, the receptionist Kamal Sankhala’s attitude was extremely arrogant, and he was constantly justifying the presence of cockroaches and unhygienic conditions saying it’s not possible to maintain hygiene when customers are constantly moving in and out the restaurant. This is a fraud place, they have big menu and almost everything will taste same, wether it's veg or non veg , I order Punjabi veg masala and it had only masala , that too it smell like rotten chicken masala. Moreover the worker there are some loafers who will ignore you as you don't exist and will respond to the guy sitting at cash counter and in fact the guy sitting at cash counter looks like drunk.
