I and my friend went to have dinner and then ordered thali. No where it was mentioned that it is for one person only. Then we asked for an extra roti. The rude waiter just denied to provide the same even though we told that we shall pay for it. Then the owner and the waiter started abusing us and dint expected the mistake. They were saying in the new menu it is written that it is for only one person. But the menu which we had and even the waiter dint told us this. They were so rude in there language we just left the food half way. If the hotel policy was to provide one thali per person they should have told it prior. Or else they should have told in a good way that we can't provide only extra roti (with extra money) and you need to club it with other order. Specially one waiter was very rude and loud and the person sitting at the cashier desk also started supporting him. This is not the way you treat your customers in service biz. There is a way you should talk and analyze...

This was one of the worst experiences. We ordered a veg Biryani combo for ₹150, but the quantity was extremely small. When we questioned it, they claimed it was a limited portion and called it a "half plate." However, it wasn’t even a half plate—it was closer to 1/4th. For context, a full plate costs ₹130, and a half plate would typically be around ₹65.

The combo included half plate veg Biryani, gulab jamun, and a cold drink. If you calculate the actual prices (₹65 for the biryani, ₹25 for the gulab jamun, and ₹20 for the cold drink), the total comes to ₹110. I don’t understand why the combo is priced at ₹150. When we asked, their only response was, “It is like that.”

Worst experience and rude owners. They don't know what's happening with their hotel. We reserved a table from Swiggy and they mentioned a 15% discount when paid from Swiggy. When paying the amount, they said we have not tied with Swiggy and we are not accepting any orders from there, so I can't give you a discount. Just as she was telling this, a Swiggy delivery boy came to pick up the order. The owner is very rude and doesn't know what is going on with the hotel. When we showed there was a 15% discount when booked from Swiggy they argued they don't have any idea about this which makes absolutely no sense. Food is also not good. Either it is too salty or no...
