The hotel is located in Gachbowli area on the interior road from Radisson. The stay experience was ok. The room that was provided to me had only 1 light in the room ! The second light was not working and the passage light was missing altogether ! Later on realised that the intercom is also not working so couldnt complaint for the issues as the room was on 4th floor. Reported to the house keeping staff who came for assistance. The air condition was non fuctional for which the remote was issue. The guy switched the batteries from tv remote put it in AC remote and gave me a happy look ! I asked him now what if i want to watch tv, should i keep on shuffling batteries ? No clue. After sometime due to so many issues they gave me another room. The second room was same in size. It was clean and no issues. ||Location : |- The hotel is located at distance of around 17 kms from Hyderabad deccan railway station (HYB), around 20 kms from Kacheguda railway station (KCG) and Secunderabad railway station (SC).|- The distance from hyderabad airport (HYD) is around 33 kms. ||The positives : |- The rooms and bathrooms are clean. |- Availability of good restaurants in the nearby. Like Nawab's, Pista house, Palleturi dosa, Smoky docky, etc. |- Auto and Cabs easily available for commute. ||The negative : |- Its too in the interior from the main road of gachibowli. |- Room size is ok, linen needs to be clean. The one in my room had spots, could be since its couple friendly !|- The breakfast spread ? It wasnt a spread but just a formality. Idli and Upma accompanied by tea and coffee. Bread jam butter. Thats it. |- The staff lacks common sense. The house keeping staff would be out for room cleaning and would not close the lift door till they are done with cleaning the floor. Had to tell them to close the lift as travellors would need it when they want to go downstairs. ||Recommendation :...

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Rooms: The rooms were neat and clean, and regular pest control measures were evident, ensuring a bug-free environment. We were a group of three and opted for single beds. The hotel provided us with two single beds and an extra bed, which was comfortable.

Amenities: We didn’t opt for the breakfast package, but it was available at an additional charge of ₹100 per person, which is quite reasonable.

Service: On the first day, we faced an issue with the room heater. Upon informing the staff, they immediately allowed us to use another unoccupied room to take a shower. By the second day, they had arranged a new room with a functional heater, which was greatly appreciated.

Location: The hotel’s location is excellent, with proximity to Gachibowli and DLF, making it convenient for city center access.

Overall: Good service, clean rooms, and a convenient location make this hotel a solid choice for travelers. However, there’s room for improvement in ensuring all amenities work perfectly...
