Enjoyed this place, after driving by it so many times. We usually drive by, because there is such a crowd there. But after we tried it once, we decided that the crowd and the wait were worth it!! It has an open kitchen, literally. Instead of the typical vertical meat spit, they have 2 horizontal ones running right above one another. It seems like they make about 20-30 shawarmas in one go, and there for the crowd seems to slowly move as each round is served.
We had Chipotle Chicken Shawarma and the BBQ chciken Shawarma and we couldn't love it enough.
The cook the meat with coals underneath and shave it down, into a tray placed right above the coals, so the meat stays warm as they prepare the rest of the shwarma - the rumali roti, the veggies, and the sauces. It is surprising that their entire "kitchen" is basically a container, which they have managed to make into an assembling section, 2 spits on open coal, and a cashier section. Of course, there is a wait, and it's a bit long for something that is eaten as you walk away but the wait is worth it. And if the crowd is that big and the line that long, don't you think that's appraisal enough for a...
Read moreWe went there on a Saturday night. The crowd waiting was huge and it did look like it's gonna take time. We decided to go here out of curiosity. We did have to wait for a good 45 mins to get our order. You would think that why would a sharwarma take 45 mins- the amount of orders they serve in a min will baffle you. Traditional sharwarma machines will be inefficient here, they have made massive set up improve their efficiency. The set up was actually very impressive. We opted for peri peri chicken and veg falafel. The first bite made us realise that the wait was so much worth it. The taste is unique, not at all mayonnaise like. The shawarma itself was only chicken and nothing else which made is super rich and worth every bite. They use rumali roti instead of kuboos hence the size of shawarma is much bigger. 1 shawarma is enough to make you full. Would definitely recommend this place any day if you are in the vicinity. Actually it's worth a special trip to the vicinity just for the shawarma. PS: parking is on the street. You might end up walking quiet a bit because...

Shawarma taste is different due to the sauces and burnt charcoal. The rumali bread is really stretchy and bad.
Due to charcoal cooking the shawarma is made in batches.... Average wait time is 30 min. Approx 20 shawarma is made in one batch the sauces, meat, fries are really out of proportion and they don't get time to toast the rumali roti as well. Only UPI/Cash mode available.
Service: Staff needs to learn crowd management. Very unwelcoming staff. I see order mismatch, total chaos even after having a token system. No token display board to understand if your order is ready and the staff keeps repeating " Wait karo" Even if your order is prepared.
Atmosphere: the paint work and bangalore to hyderabad connection story on walls are great. Charcoal cooking creates heavy smoke and everyone keeps coughing around you. No exhaust.people with breathing issue please stand away. NO PARKING. No sign board - The store is well hidden inside the complex even after google maps I had to ask where...
