Sri Raghavendra Vilas Pure Veg — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Never order food from this place especially from their own application eatsune. The app itself have issues doesn’t take complete address even after updating multiple times. We used to long customers to them. Today i have ordered two dosas as minimum order should be 150/- for their app. The delivery is extra half an hour to 45minutes. I have requested restaurant to deliver quickly because yesterday whole day was fasting & today becoming sick. After being late i have called them & told to take back their order back & refund my amount still they didn’t. So i have questioned delivery guy regarding this problem he started behaving rude & immaner. So i was serious then he started shouting at me i have so much of attitude with loud voice in my apartment. He insulted a woman. Regarding this i have tried to approach them via call they started ignoring the calls. We have called with another number but the manager is impatient to not to listen to customer and only concentrated in defending his app, employees and buisiness. Not ready to accept their mistake. Such a worst experience with them. So investing our own money & health no need to order from this place. Better to consume fruits...

This is my first visit here, being a 3rd day of opening this restaurant I must say the new restaurant, rather I say a hotel, is good in appearance but don’t have a good opinion on the naming front. Wherever I see a board with vilas I have a average feeling, this is my personal experience though. Coming to the main aspect of food, have a mixed feeling from bad to good. My food tasting experience is as below. Idly - average Wada - bad Onion dosa - average Pongal - average because it’s routine as like in every average hotels Poori - good

Tasted Pongal & poori at the hotel itself and other items are take away.

Sambar - too sweet, not looking good Coconut chutney - cold but tasted good

Besides, tea/coffee available but haven’t tasted yet. A pan shop available but not opened yet.

Liked the wash basin, homely material, not a steel one but only one available, should have installed another one to avoid waiting for chance.

Seating: 0 seating in the open area, stand up set up also limited. Have a nice dining area in the A/c section.

Parking: have good parking space, I say decent enough

Price: Rs 55/- per plate all...

Today I went to have breakfast @9:30 am.I sat in ac area and ordered just idly.idly served very cold but you have to pay 53rs for 2 cold idly .Now the big part ,I went to cashier to pay .He said bill 63rs.I asked him I took just idly that was 50rs but you are charging me for veg idly costing 63rs.Then he tried to cover it up by saying it’s 63rs just because you sat in ac area. Later he realized that he is not charging for Ac .He is charging for the different item than I ordered.Again he showed his skills by telling me that he don’t know there is 2 different types of idly . So just try to avoid this place as first priority.if you don’t find options,then check the bill items clearly before paying . Mistakes can happen anywhere but this is not miStake at all.
